This store has gone completely down hill. Workers are uneducated on anything in the store and unwilling to help they do not want to be there and they let it be known. But they sure know how to give attitude . And the ID10Ts in the deli department those kids can’t even make a sandwich with the direction printed in front of them . Not to mention they will hide by the ovens staring at you as if they are hoping you walk away. Once the best deli sandwich in town now it’s just an over priced store with glued together steaks . I see closure on the horizon if they don’t get it together.

Mistake number one shop on a Monday store was packed with $5. Specials mistake number two Parked downhill as many of the spaces were all full when I got back to my car. A shopping cart landed on the rear thunder. Scratching my new paint management would not. Compensate, said do park at your own risk. The parking lot sucks oh, and their app. The app sucks even worse.
The only app that works easily for anyone and everyone is the Safeway app. Luckys Smart & Final
also never work easy. Plus a brief 3 weeks. I trade my Safeway points into 30 cents off per gallon at their gas station in Hercules.

We shop raleys for the meat, amazing clean butcher station! Has always been a high end grocery. I appreciated being able to pre order and pickup my groceries during Covid.

I want to give the biggest thank you to Angela in the bakery department, she made my son‘s day with the cake that we ordered. She pretty much made his thought come to life she did exactly what we told her. He made 10 years old April 10 and we’re still eating on the cake. Thanks again. Angela will be back For the next birthday 🥳🤩🫶🏾

I am visiting from out of town chose to stop at a really Store number 321 and what a horrible Store horrible experience nobody to help anyone one cashier and self check out they were rude. I actually had to ask somebody to please help this elderly veteran gentleman because they kept ignoring him when I asked her to help she just rolled her eyes at me but did help him, they left a very bad taste in my mouth for Raleys. I could’ve stopped at Safeway in El Sobrante now I wished I did I’ll never go back to that store! I will definitely yelp the store. Also it was just a dump obviously nobody’s paying attention to their business very well.produce was poor WT? Go to Safeway in El Sobrante might learn something! Ps I filled out a survey but turned out to be a big marketing ploy 😵💫

Updating to 3 stars they have chocolate mochi. I'll come back for more mochi.
The staff 5 stars but the cheese selection 1 star. The store is so big but only have 1 type of goat cheese. They sell 3 kinds of sun dried tomatoes but only 1 kind of goat cheese.
