CAR WASH TERRIBLE! I purchased top of the line ($15.99) & the car wash was 2 mins or less! I couldn’t believe it! The rims & tires are untouched. Terrible job. Do not pay for the car wash here!

I just walked down to this Shell station which is the only place open for miles near my house arrived at the door approximately 4 AM no one was inside stood at the door for five minutes knocking waiting knocking waiting to see you employee finally one emerged from his car he’s been sitting there the entire time watching me knock on the door and wait for 5+ minutes and then informed me that the Shell station is closed till 5:30 in the morning even though I’ve been there at same time multiple times now been able to purchase things in and out of our convenience store or do you think the person that works at the Shell station in his employer ID able to open the door sell things apparently not

Actitud problem with some employees bad customer service. Sometimes they give you the wrong change when paying in cash. Some are nice but just a couple of them only.

Today 02/06/21 it happened again, at this gas station they give very bad service at night, the one who attends is a somewhat chubby woman and wears glasses, she looks at you in the window and just acts crazy, she attends to him when she feels like it, those in charge of that gas station should pay a little more attention to what we think otherwise they are going to start losing customers

Not 24 what happens when the clerk goes on break and is nowhere to be found with the doors locked in the late hours but I guess from 6am to 12am thier good

I love the Loop reward card here! Everytime you buy something, the 6th one is free! Whether it's coffee or car washes, it adds up! Perfect for Uber drivers. And the staff is always nice, friendly and helpful.

Not 24 hours. I repeat not 24 hours. Will be closed late and or early hours. They will straight tell you to leave. Even if you only have cash to pay for gas, which is over priced anyways.
