I've been there three times, and they've never tried to hard sell me on anything. They give me what I ask for and that's it. It's hard to find an oil changing shop that doesn't try and sell your everything! I have my daughter and wife going there now.Jody K

It was a nightmare they finished my car in 5 minutes without checking any fluid which led to my motor blowing up. Now I have no car..I told them afterwards my car is making noises and about to stop on me..they said bring it back but it had already stopped..don't go there ...they are horrible

I don't even know where to start. Just got out from work and decided to go to this location based on reviews. Thought I'd be busy, but I got in quick. No wait at around 4:30PM, the entrance was tricky, since a truck was blocking it. So you might miss it, it's the entrance before the shop. It was the quickest oil changed I've been. It really was a drive thru. I am impressed. I checked in on Yelp so I got a full service, plus a discount if you're new. Showed me my air filter, but they cleaned it, I didn't really need a replacement. Shout out to Luis who took care of my car. Bathroom was clean too! Then next thing I knew I was done. Even check out was quick. At least I know where to return with the rest of my cars. I fully recommend this location.

I went here on a weekend and they seem busy but the waiting time was minimal. They definitely have a good working system and also enough techs on the two oil change bays.

Only place I get my oil changed in East Bay! Super fast and efficient with no ‘upselling’. You literally stay in your car, pull in, they do their thing and you’re on your way! 5 stars for sure!Service: Oil change

Love this place. Friendly people and they are QUICK. every visit, I’m In and out in 10 mins. The longest I’ve waited is 25 mins and that’s if they have a long line of other people who are waiting for services. Im from the other side of the bridge and I STILL go to this place. I've been a customer for over 25 years and not much has changed. That's a testament to competent ownership. Excellent, friendly, prompt service. Highly recommend for basic oil change and fluid checks. The service is fairly priced, although I wish the surcharge for BYOO was a lower. A little challenging to find & exit the shop, but you'll get the hang of it after a few visits.

Fast oil changes! Best service ever! The guys are so courteous, respectful, and considerate. These guys are a prime example of outstanding customer service and they always do a great job! Definitely a customer for life and I always know I'll get best value here!
