I am so sad today I called and they told me a price for my pedicure, they did my pedicure, they put two acrylic nails on me and did the French, they washed my feet with dish soap and when it was time to pay they told me it was a different amount than what I called for, the truth is I will not go again or recommend this place

Rose did a great job on my nails and was so sweet. Call and ask if their POS system is working cause it wasn’t the day I went, thankfully I had cash on me. I will def be back!!

I’m not sure what the owner is going through, but for past few months her demeanor been completely off. Tina is extremely vague and rude now. Not sure what’s going on in her personal life but it’s running good customers like myself who been coming to her for over 10 years away. The service is great, but TINA ATTITUDE is terrible.

They charged 120 for one set of nails and and we had to wait hour and she touch another girls feet then my nails they are not worth 120 the girls ahead of us payed 160 for the same thing I think they’re prejudiced I wouldn’t go there again the girl doing feet great she was good but the other one was not clean at all

Don’t get me wrong I love the people in all but for there to be only two people running a salon is crazy not only that it was 75$ my finger went around the drill and almost popped off my nail with the buffer

I love coming here. They attend to me right away and cn pretty much do the designs I like. Depending on at work, it can come out pricey.

It’s a great place, great service! But, there is always a Big BUT, I’ve been there for the last 3 weeks, and every time I make an appointment for the white girl, she’s always busy ?cause she is great on her skills, and I’ve been attended by the young Asian woman, she is really bad, never pay attention on what she’s doing, she needs to improve her skills at all. Other than that, the other two are genius ❤️Services: Foot massages

Amazing spot! Just moved here from Oakland and this has been the best of all the places I've tried in Richmond.Rose is lovely, pleasant to be around, has killer nails herself, is fast and GOOD at what she does!The vibe is clean, spacious and lovely. My nails look beautiful - I'd recommend to anyone.
