“These guys are seriously the best in town. A few weeks ago I got rear ended pretty gnarly. initially went with a shop recommended by insurance and they were absolutely horrible. Gave me the run around from 3 different people, told me the parts would take minimum 30 days to even arrive, and gave me attitude when I brought up that I was getting so much conflicting information. so I nixed the recommended shop and went back to Regal, as I've worked with them in the past. Kirk got my car inspected, prepped and had the work order approved in 1 hour for me. They got my car done in 10 days! Bill and Kirk treat their customers like real people, not just a number in a waiting line. Kirk even delivered my car to me since I couldn't drive after a surgery, going far above and beyond. “If I could give Husteads 10 stars I would. I was rear ended while sitting at a stop light. Fortunately the woman had insurance. Her insurance company sent me to a shop near where I live and the estimator there told me my car would be totaled. I almost cried. I love my car, it doesn't even have 40,000 miles on it.
I checked around and ended up going to Husteads for a second opinion. Sam did the inspection and told me it was definitely repairable and that the insurance company would cover everything - and she was right. I dropped it off Monday and had it back on Friday. I received texts throughout the process letting me know what stage the repair process was in Cannot thank Sam and the people at Husteads enough for 'saving' my car.”

“It was really easy... they gave a good price quote and then ordered the parts, during which time I could still use the car. Then, a week later, with a scheduled appointment, they took the car and turned it around in a week, and it looked and felt like new. They also did me the favor of removing the obsolete commute stickers. My calls for updates were answered promptly. Altogether, it was pleasant dealing with Berkeley Auto Body, and they are now my first choice.”

“They are the best company the nicest people and I could not believe how nice they were I would rate them on a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate them a 100 if it was not for this tow company I wouldn't be talking to you right now in that I was so sick and also three of my family members as we speak including my mother who is still on oxygen on from covid-19 and starting up my Ministry business has been a very big toll on me this company was called out to tow my car because the tags were up this company who towed my car when I got there to pick up my car they helped me I did not have the money for the spare tires I didn't have the money to even to get home can you imagine that they are very very very beautiful people for the people that had help take my car away turned out to be and will be friends for the rest of my life I don't forget nothing and they trusted me for tire till I get paid tonight at midnight how many people do that because it was such an emergency situation for me if they didn't help me I wouldn't be talking to you today lessons are always blessings that's why I am in Ministry and I must tell you they are very good people and and truly blessed to help somebody when we are all going through it together I was truly amazed at the service I got and the niceness of all the workers it was hard to believe they works for the tow company that took my car away because of the police told them to in any level bless them all Lord bless them all in all that they love I give them a 100 plus and they are all going to see the kingdom of heaven because they are beautiful people I say the song The Name of Jesus Christ amen from StreetWise Ministries”

“I’ve recently rented a 10ft U-Haul here 2 weekends in a row, and had a great experience. Staff was very nice and helpful. I checked in and out in person, and the whole process was quick and easy. The only problem I experienced was that I ordered furniture pads for my first rental, and discovered they didn’t carry them at pickup. Other than that, everything went smoothly and there weren’t any surprise charges or price discrepancies. I’ll probably be back the next time I need to move furniture or any bulky items.”
