Awesome; there was only one person ahead of me in line. I didn't even wait five minutes, and I just handed my mail to the clerk; she was so nice. Not waiting in line for a long period of time was fantastic because I was in a rush to get back home. There was a community wide garage sale in the compound where I live, and I wanted to touch base with some of my neighbors. I purchased some DVDs from the neighbor who lives across from me. I simply like to have the disk just in case some of the movies aren't shown through AT&T ever again.

My informed delivery said a government letter was arriving with sensitive information but the postal carrier never delivered it for my zip code. Worst phone experience. Post office refused to help me. Told me to call the number which doesnt get you to a human. Where is my mail? Probably stolen by the carrier. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Don’t go to this post office. I went at 11:45am on a Wed and the door was locked. There was a worker inside but apparently they’re short staffed?!

A woman named Marian was very rude and refused to help me. I had already spoken with UPS and they said they would take care of the package, but the lady charged me $4 for buying tape to close the package when my label said it was not necessary for me to do so, they were supposed to take care of it. Marian is very rude and provides terrible service.

Zero stars. They lost my urgent Apostille notary document that I spent a lot of time, energy, gas, and money on. One of the female workers has a voice as soft as a mosquito's, making it barely audible. I was the first in line, yet she didn't lift her eyebrows until I stood there for 5 minutes.

The lady who serves does not speak Spanish, there were several people wanting to send packages who spoke Spanish and she patiently tried to get out to everyone.

I don't usually comment on places but I experienced my first male Karen moment. It was thrilling. So thrilling that I fumbled with my phone and only caught the last part as he did his walk of shame out of the door as everyone was left in silence. This man clomped up to the counter and the woman working, Phoung, kindly greeted him and asked him what he needed. The man cut her off and said, I DONT NEED YOU TO ASK ME ANYTHING. I DON'T NEED STAMPS. I JUST NEED YOU TO DO WHAT I ASK YOU TO!! He spoke to her like they were in the middle of a heated argument. This woman, mind you, had her scale to weigh packages malfunction, her computer decided that it didn't want to work anymore and had to restart it working ALL BY HERSELF on a Friday around lunchtime. She really wanted to do a good job so she managed to work it out while the line grew. If anyone reading this were spoken to the way he did you would've had to use all your God given strength not to go nuclear, hop over that counter and made him eat those words. I was on the side ready to say something but Phoung had it covered. She responded in kind with the addition of respect saying, I just asked what you needed so there wouldn't be any misunderstandings!! Then SHE apologized for the miscommunication for reasons unknown. Be kind people or you might just run into someone who will give it right back to you. Thanks Phoung!

I understand that the line is long due to short staff as long that the employee's are harworking and courteous which they are. But some employee need better training because they don't know what they are doing and that is the reason why the line end up too long.

One of the best Usps offices that I have ever seen. The employees are very kind and friendly. The cashier helped me with patience. They have chapels for the people who need to write or prepare the Pakage. There is a little line. Not too many people in the line. Cashier gave a tape to rapping my Pakage.
