Pamala, who works at the pharmacy, seems to have a temper. It would be beneficial for the pharmacy to hire more competent staff with better emotional intelligence.

I highly recommend getting your prescriptions filled at another pharmacy. Pamala, an employee at this location, lacks respect and effective communication skills. She repeatedly interrupted my mother when she was trying to explain herself, refusing to listen. For instance, my mother always picks up her medication every 30 days. She last picked it up on April 19th, making the next pickup date May 18th. However, Pamala incorrectly insisted that 30 days from April 19th is May 19th. If you have elderly parents, I suggest they get their medications from a different pharmacy to avoid such issues.

The pharmacy OMG! Customer service is terrible! Several times I had to drive up there to get my prescription refilled because they answer saying "please hold". Once it rings again they just put you on hold and just keep putting you back on hold. I'm currently on hold as we speak and they've put me back on hold 6 times without saying anything. DO BETTER OR HIRE MORE PPL

Rupinder is rude with a smile on her face. She refuses to listen to customers, dismisses them without looking at them, and only helps those who will do as she says. Don't go to this location, she wouldn't even help me track my Fedex package because she didn't see it.Rupinder has poor listening skills, poor customer service skills and poor attention to anything. Should not be working there as a manager.

An employee named Ruindeep was working and bumped into my very pregnant friend. When my friend said excuse me she very rudely said "do we have a problem lady?!" So I called her out for it and she started yelling that she's calling the cops. This is the type of evil rude employees you have? She has no business working with people if she's going to bumping into customers and then threatening them.

People who are working $16 an hour should be more friendly and have top notch customer service. This location has the worst customer service ever.

If I could give it, zero stars, I would!!!! Worst customer service. I made a horrible mistake of pumping a little foundation on my wrist. This Indian lady came to scold me in front of my stepdaughter. She came by at least three times to tell me the same thing while I was picking out the make up I told her I would definitely purchase the one I touched, that it was only 10 dollars. She then told the Asian cashier lady to keep an eye me so I wouldn’t open any more make up. She then proceeded to talk about me to another customer. I was extremely uncomfortable, and when I went to the register, the cashier was also extremely rude to me and I let her know I was very uncomfortable, definitely never going back again. I wish they would hire professional, adequate people for this position

Just now I visited the local for the photo services and after having me waiting for 10 min someone came I said that they were not working, just like that without a sign and without an apology.

They were BLATANTLY hanging up every time I called. I'm very I'll and needed to contact pharmacy. I used to shop regularly they're NEVER that busy to where they have to hang up on ill customers. Scary especially knowing there are others who are worst off than me smh. Y'all need to do better. The store AND pharmacy would answer then hang up RIGHT AFTER.

This pharmacy is horrible. It seems that they mess up my moms meds every month. Last week on Friday I went to the pharmacy an hour before closing to find that they closed early AGAIN, and now my mom has to be without her inhaler all weekend. I ended up having to go to the 24hour WALLGREENS in Walnut Creek which is only WALLGREENS open on weekends. When I called the D.M. at COOPRATE office I had to call back 3 times and then the D.M.(DISTRICT MGR) had the store manager call me who I didn’t want to talk to. I am moving our percriptions from WALLGREENS Rex to another pharmacy. I miss the old Rex at the bottom of Solano&San pablo, Albany! You can never call them they r so rude hanging up on u constantally. This location is still faster than gateway Blvd, San Pablo,ca you can get there at opening and there in 10 people in front of you.
