Literally every time I send photos to them, I come at least 2-3 hours later and my photos are never in the bin. I literally have to sit and wait for them to print my pictures smh

My husband and I have had the absolute worst experience w customer service in the pharmacy at this location, we switched to a different walgreens. They will call you saying your prescription is ready and when you go to p/u, it's not ready and they're upset you're there. Most unfriendly staff. Specifically the tall , thick ,dark haired girl in glasses. She hates her life so bad and everyone pays for it her attitude is so pathetic, I actually pity her lol. Quit your job girl , change your life, your misery is bleeding everywhere.

This store pharmacy has poor hours as well as auto refill ordering by phone without letting you know they doubled the price but not your quantity. I was shocked to see a single order when I got home and when I inquired the clerk said I willingly paid and they didn't have control over insurance. I've gotten double refills in the past so yes I thought it was a double order and the pharmacy knows the difference in meds and prices. You don't "automatically" fill an order that's different from the previous one and say the insurance did it you say "WE DON'T" have it what would YOU like to do. So much piss poor service these days.

I'm not one to go run and make reviews because I am human and I've worked retail and customer service , never worked at a pharmacy but I would at least expect good customer service from someone who is handling my medications . I've been coming here for years and I don't know what has gone wrong . I understand that it might be a stressful job but for y'all to sit behind the counter acting like y'all don't see us or want to help us is wrong . A simple hello how are you Or even a smile would be nice. Walgreens hire more pharmacy techs so the ones you have don't seem so stressed out.

If you need to pick up meds you may have to wait a couple of days. Doesn’t matter if you needed them yesterday. They supposedly open till 6:00 PM weekdays. Closed weekends. But they put up paper signs with when they’re gonna close any given day instead of the already posted schedule. Seems like maybe they don’t pay well and have a hard time retaining employees!! Sad! Hope people don’t die having to wait for their meds. ?

If I could I would give this Walgreens no stars or negative stars if allowed. The pharmacy here has gone down hill bigtime. The pharmacy is no longer open evenings, and is now closed on weekends. The last time I tried to get a prescription refilled, they were working on it with the doctors office to get it renewed. Then they closed for a week, and forgot my prescription. When I called, they said they were closed, and told me on a recording to go to a Walgreens in Walnut Creek, CA. Instead of having you go to the Walgreens in San Pablo, CA on Laurie Lane, they directed me to Walnut Creek. They could have directed me to the Walgreens in Pinole Valley too which is much closer than Walnut Creek. My doctor had to send another prescription to CVS on Canyon Drive in Pinole in order for me to get the medication I needed for last month. I was told to go back to Walgreens this month for the prescription since I have a health plan that contracts with Express Scripts. Express Scripts said Walgreens is a participating provider for medications and pharmacy needs. When I tried to get the medication refilled this month, this Walgreens said I have no prescription. I had to get my doctor to send another prescription to CVS again because we cannot trust Walgreens. Then I ordered another prescription via the telephone touch system at this Walgreens. The automated system said it would be ready today for pick up at noon. When I arrived at noon, the prescription was not ready. They had to go get it and fill it while I waited. The last numerous times I have gone to this Walgreens for a refill on a prescription, I have run into this same problem. The medication is not ready when they say it will be, and I have had to wait. This other prescription will be filled next time at CVS too. I'm done with this Walgreens. When you enter this store there is trash all over the sidewalk, and in the parking lot all the time. They do not take any pride in cleaning the trash or litter from the front of this store. Inside this store it is filthy dirty. I hope Walgreens corporate looks at this location, and decides to close it. It needs to be closed, The management here is incompetent, inept, and cannot run a retail store properly. Clean up your dirty store, and get rid of the crap going on in your pharmancy. I won't be back to shop here, and I live around the corner. Go to CVS in Pinole where you enter with a clean sidewalk and clean parking lot free from litter.

I booked a COVID test here online. Instructions said to go through the drive thru but it was closed so I went inside at my appointment time. The line at the pharmacy was 30 minutes long. When I got to the counter they told me they’re not conducting COVID tests at that location because they can’t safely facilitate them inside. Because there was no sign outside or on the sign blocking the closed drive thru saying this, I may have unnecessarily exposed everyone inside to COVID (my spouse tested positive the day before I came in). This was an awful experience but putting up a sign would have not only saved my and the staff’s time but would have helped keep everyone inside safe.

Worst pharmacy ever. Line stretches to the back of the store regularly. They randomly close and just put up a piece of paper that says sorry for the inconvenience. They close the drive through for no apparent reason. Can't get them on the phone even if your life depends on it. The people who work in the pharmacy are SO RUDE and they hate their jobs.
