I would give it no stars if possible. You can't get through to the pharmacy after they send you a message that your prescriptions need attention. Called at 5:00 pm and was on hold for a hour and a half. After that I hung up as they close at 6:00 pm. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. In addition to the female voice every 30 seconds saying how sorry they are for the wait and will take care of you soon. I guess the word soon a relative term. Soon as compared to a week. The recording that often is very annoying after you've been on the phone that long.

Service is very poor, severely understaffed for customer volume! This has been a problem for quite some time.

The phone service is horrendous!!! When encountering a 15 minute wait I got transferred for no reason and then hung up on. Twice more I called waiting 1 hour each time pharmacy clerk answered my call and hung up on purpose.Do not try to do business by phone!!!!In person my situation was resolved within 20 minutes. The staff were not friendly but they were courteous and efficient.

Don't go to this Walgreens pharmacy. Only one person always there and waiting time can exceed 45 minutes and more just to pick up medicine and once you get to counter they will tell it's not ready they don't have your medicine. Go to CVC in Target Pinole they are much better

This review is only for the pharmacy. It is the worst experience by far and I have dealt with other pharmacies. They don't answer the phone ever!!!!! It is just ridiculous to think that they are part of a healthcare system. I am not expecting anything big. Just wanna know about the meds. That's all. Called three times today. On-hold for about 15 each time and then the line cuts off. No answer. Nothing. They should just close down.

The pharmacy has the biggest lines and delayed customer service. Their lunch break is longer than 1hr. No sensitivity for their customers And the waiting area is absolutely disgusting. The floors and chairs are covered in debris and stains. Liquid and blood stains.

If 0 stars were possible, this place would deserve it. The management is beyond unprofessional, employees are not knowledgeable. Lines are always to the end of the store, with employees taking their precious time fulfilling prescriptions that are urgently needed for many. They always have "system issues" when their app tells you your prescription is ready, and even when you go to pick up your prescription a day later .. it still isn't ready. Don't get your prescriptions sent here, it'll do you best.

Please DO NOT use this place as your primary pharmacy!!!!They will misbill your insurance. They will update your prescription as filled, but never provide you the update, so you do not know when to pick them up.They will NOT pick up the phone, (WAIT!), they do pick up, but will HANG UP immediately.Take your business to a local pharmacy where they will provide exceptional and prompt service. This place unfortunately does not fulfill those characteristics.May I suggest Brookvale Pharmacy (in San Pablo) or Central Pharmacy (in Richmond)!!! Way better service at these places!!!

Absolutely horrible service with regards to immunizations (Covid booster). I waited over an hour to receive the paperwork to fill out. Trying to talk to a pharm tech was pointless, they are short tempered and when you do find one to ask about wait time (this was at 45 mins of waiting) they reply with "I will check" with no follow up. The pharmacist and techs just look at you sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting. The manager was called by another person waiting and that interaction was also pointless. Well, we did get our paperwork once the manager got involved but the pharm tech snapped back that we would have to wait another 20 minutes! Do yourself a favor and go to another Walgreens.

Service is horrible and they have 3 workers just walking around with a line in the front that's all the way to the end of half of the store.

The pharmacy at this walgreens is trash. I went with my daughter to get covid tests. You have to wait in the drive through which took a long time. We took the test and got the instructions for follow up. We had a flight 3 days later so this should have been sufficient time to get results back on time. The Lab reported 24-48 hours after they receive samples. Fast forward 3 days... no result, not even confirmation that lab received our test. I had to pay to rebook our flight, lost a day of vacation and rental fee, ended up having to pay $120 per test at another sight for rapid results. So going to walgreens cost me around $650 on fees. The lab was unhelpful and said it must have been a shipment issue. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Go to a site that does local lab testing.

The worst service I have ever had from a Walgreens pharmacy service. I do not understand how they never have enough staff to cover the customers at the drive through window and the people I can see waiting in the line inside. They do not even bother to apologize. I am currently sitting here at the window waiting as I write this. It has been 42 minutes since I got in line and one RX is not even ready after I called and they told me it would be ready by 5pm. I will have to come back yet again instead of sitting here and waiting another 5 min for them to fill it which is totally unfair to the 5 cars behind me! How is this okay for a business to continue on like this? Other Walgreens are much more organized and efficient. Why is this one allowed to operate so poorly for such a long time? The staff look hurried and ragged. How can they be expected to work in this capacity and not make any mistakes. This is the wrong business to be cutting corners! We all need to speak up for our safety.

Honestly, the only reason I come here is because they are so close to my home. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother. They have the items I want when I want them. The lines aren't too bad. They usually have some decent sales and don't give a hassle over returns, but I must have a receipt. It's newer and way cleaner than the original store. So that gives it a bit is sheen. I don't mind coming here.

Too many problems. Long line at pharmacy. Wait over 1/2 hour. Not enough staff. Perscription didn't arrive from urgent care Boooo!
