My father passed away in December right before the holidays. Although it was hard and frustrating that I could not meet with the funeral home to prepare for his arrangements during those weeks once I did and met with Darolyn Fox I felt so much better.She made everything easy and explained in detail the services they provide and was very comforting throughout the whole process. I truly appreciated Darolyn and her staff. They took care of us and made the services for my father special for me and my family. Again thank you Darolyn and Wilson & Kratzer for helping us through this difficult time.

They were rude, disorganized (I had to email back after they forgot to follow up on orders and then they blamed me for their mistake). A heartless funeral home after the death of a family member.

Very thoughtful in their approach, they were able to provide comfort and compassion, while they helped me get through the process. They kept me apprised of everything. Especially liked the way they handled the release of the urn, nice little ceremony.Thank you to Celina and the staff at Wilson & Kratzer.

I know that everyone is going through loss during the coronavirus pandemic, but in the midst of all this pandemic, and I'm overcome by my feeling of loss. I just wanted to thank you all so much for the love and support by my family members. Especially Barbara and her assistant Lisa @ Wilson & Kratzer Mortuaries Chapel of the Mission Bells 13644 San Pablo Ave San Pablo California. They went above and beyond with my dad's funeral service and I couldn't have done it without them. If you're researching for your family and/or friends please look no further they are very helpful and welcome your family with open arms during the most difficult time in anyone's life of loosing a loved one. Thank you so much ladies @ Wilson & Kratzer... In Jesus Christ name Amen and Amen .

I had the opportunity and the misfortune of using them twice. Everything went smoothly and the people are super helpful. The price tag was a bit high but it’s to be expected. I’m not going to shop around for funeral services.

In over 30 years of ministry and conducted 100' s of funerals I have never seen such poor, unprofessional services as we experiences at this funeral home. Loved one set up and paid for his funeral including casket over 25 years ago, yet at his passing we contacted this funeral home. Gave them the date and time of graveside. Family flew in from I'd as well as drive many miles only to be told we have no service scheduled. I was told that it was up to us to contact the cemetery and schedule this. This was never shared with us and that the funeral home had nothing to do with the burial. I contacted Rolling Hills, explained my problem and they too were surprised and said they work with funeral homes all the time and they never heard of this. So, instead of the burial being on Sat. we had to wait until Tuesday. Including those who flew in or drove had to wait because of the incompetence of this funeral home and the director. If you truly want to lay to rest your loved one, find another funeral home.- Larry Green, Idaho

I received the best service from Barbara and her staff. I called her on her off day (answering service connected me) because I suddenly received a call that needed to pick up the casket with thee body in at the airport. She made the arrangements for pick up and it was done. It was done last minute. She also made it possible for me to pay for the services when I told her I had a budget. She worked with me.Barbara and her team are very professional , flexible and work with a great deal of urgencyThey always returned my call and was very curteous..I definetly would recommend this funeral home.

I am very upset with there way of doing business! They are very phoney. I would have liked to get a phone call back from the one in charge (Barbara), she blew me off after she got the information she needed to get her money! Such a load of BS! IS all that comes out of there mouths!
