THIS IS MY GO-TO PLACE FOR AT&T TRANSACTIONS. I am so done with 611 and AT&T phone help, I always get wrong info, overcharged, and worse, slammed into things I don't want. The staff at this store are ALWAYS helpful, patient, with great suggestions, and get me the best deals. I feel like a VALUED customer at this San Pedro, CA store, thanks everyone!

Half a star at best. I had tried transferring my mother’s landline to AT&T and was told by a customer service rep over the phone that it had been done and I was good to go with canceling my previous service provider. It turns out that was not the case and in fact a rep with AT&T told me they don’t even handle landlines anymore so they never could have ported my number in the first place. We lost a phone number that had been associated with my family for probably 35 yrs. It’s a number that is the only way for some family members to contact us. A number we needed for certain cancer doctors to reach us. A number saving voicemails from deceased relatives. So I will be changing providers soon and posting as many negative post and spreading the word about the short comings from AT&T.

Very little product on hand and problems with the order after having them ship it. If they don't have the product in stock do not purchase items. Over the phone customer service is horrible and when you go back to the store it is no longer in their hands. .

The employee Koorosh was incredible helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me - by far the best AT & T employee I have ever encountered- he was amazing and showed true customer service- the store is lucky to have him present the company❤️❤️
