You do need to call and set an appointment first for him to take a look. Overall every satisfied with his work and price. Have a 6month warranty on his work”

“So glad I was able to find this store, while in the area yesterday. Ask one of the security guard homies in the shopping center if he knew where a auto parts store was near by & he told me to just go up the street. My vehicle been screaming #LowOil #LowOil #LowOil for the past week, so I had to get some ASAP before I ran into some serious problems.So I popped in & had one of the employee's to look up on his computer which would be the correct engine oil for my automobile make & model. So I bought the product & asked the employee if he had a funnel to lend me real quick so I can pour it into the car right on the spot. Then I went out back to the car & went to work on the engine. Yes b*tches, I do all my own car maintenance stunts because I'm not a little weak or helpless girl, lol. Anyways, I got that sh*t done & returned their funnel back & I went on my way to continue my shopping for the day. So hey, thanks O'Reilly for helping me get on with the get on, problem free. “My car air conditioner was working.Tonight, I needed to go to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store to buy the "Oil with Dye" for the car airconditioner.My mechanic wanted me to buy it so he could check what part of the air conditioning system was not working.When I arrived at their parking lot, they had plenty of parking spaces.I went inside of the store. The store waspretty small and it was very clean.I found the " Oil with Dye" in the front ofthe cashier. The cashier, the young lady was friendly and attentive.I used to come to this store a couple of years ago. I remembered a young man who helped me when my car radiator capwas broken. I bought the wrong size of the radiator cap before so it didn't fit onthe radiator. He helped me to find the correct size of the radiator cap. He wasso nice that he went outside with me.And he checked my car radiator cap.I found out that he didn't work at thestore anymore.I liked this store because all the people were helpful and knowledgeable about the auto parts. That is the reason that Ialways come to the O'Reilly Auto Partsstore.”

I was able to get confirmation on a bad battery and a properly spec'd replacement in about 45 minutes. Great service, great pricing and consultation experience.
