Beacon House Thrift Shop is a goldmine of goodies and one of the top thrift stores in Southbay, located in the heart of Downtown San Pedro. It is a great thrift store with a legendary selection and many different items, from clothes and home items to furniture and appliances. The inventory is eclectic and continuously changing. The prices are really good and not price gouging, with great discounts like tag sales and weekend deals. It is a social enterprise for a very good cause, supporting a residential recovery program where the men build job skills. The employees are great and help unload donations from vehicles. As a non-profit, it provides donation receipts. It is an awesome place for fun shopping and is highly recommended.
