Louis is THE ABSOLUTE BEST WORKER AT THE BOOST MOBILE LOCATION ON GAFFEY. He really pays attention to his customers, he knows how to explain each & every phone. He never has an attention. He’s always on point & I appreciate that plus my mother loves him too. He helps us every single time we go & we leave Happier than ever. He should be a manager if he isn’t already!!

My phone died. They close on Sundays at 5pm, but when I rushed over there today, they were already closed by 4:30pm. Why do I keep giving my money to a company that makes it so hard to be a customer? After 10+ years with Boost Mobile, I'm overdue for a switch.

I went on to pay my service in July of 2023 and I payed almost $100 for my bill and I'm pretty sure the worker pocketed most of my money cause I only and about $20 worth of data to use for that month I'm very disappointed in the service I was given would not recommend going to this boost mobile building
