We go shopping here weekly and the most pleasant part of our experience is Maria. She always talks with my son and makes him laugh. She is so helpful when it comes to updating me on all the sale items and clearance. This employee needs a promotion. Thank you Maria!

Poor customer service. Purchased items online some time before 4th of July to be picked up before the holiday. They only had 1 item of 4 that I ordered.; Which by the way they sent 15 miles away from where I live after submitting my zip code at time of purchase. (There is one 2 miles away from where I live) I contacted them for a refund since I didn't want to drive so far and or it was past the holiday for I wanted it!!! Today 07/13/2019 at 10:00 a.m. I walked into the store to either pick up the order or get a refund.... Maria (Store mgr) said "I don't know just called them"... short story: I have no refund, No items, no real help, only a brush off.... I think they should keep the money and the Items at this point..... forget Carter's ...
