Don't waste your time with this guy. Cesar had replaced the clutch on my mother's car, only for the clutch to go out within a year. I strongly believe Cesar never replaced the clutch with a brand new part. Cesar is a monkey holding a wrench. He's barely qualified to do an oil change. Avoid this dude.

Cesar is a dishonest business man and took our money and ripped us off. He was nice and friendly until we paid him, then he never followed through, wouldn't return our calls or communicate with us any longer. At one point we confronted him on stealing our money and never following through with what we paid him for and he said he would refund us and give us our money back, then never did, and then just stopped responding or answering our calls or messages. He's an absolute crook and a liar. Do not trust him or give him your money. Once he has it he won't do what he says and then will be impossible to get ahold of. He's a thief. We would never recommend him or his business to anyone.
