Don’t let anyone at this bank branch pressure you in anyway. Not with opening an account, credit card, or anything… My client and I visited this location to open up a bank account for himself. Near the end of our meeting, although the staff member who helped us was great, once her manager, Gerardo Avila walked in and greeted us, he began to pressure my client into opening up a credit card.
The information that he gave went from being helpful, to quickly becoming cringe… He sounded like a sleazy car salesman that was trying to get you to buy a lemon. I had to walk out after the session and reminded my client to never make a decision that he feels pressured into making. The next day, my client and I went to this location again to help him deposit money.
The manager here again was pressuring my client to open up a credit card. And even after we explained to him that we don’t need any further assistance, he asked another teller to ask us if he could help us with the account.
It was not only extremely annoying, but very disrespectful.
Please, please, please do not allow anyone to talk you into making a decision. If it doesn’t feel good in your body, just say no. If you don’t feel confident saying no in the moment, just say that you’re going to think about it. But make sure you stick to your boundaries.
I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. Especially if they are elderly or if they are a person who requires extra assistance.

coming in to get cash advance same amount they promised. didn't go thru waste my time till 2 o'clock when it's time to close for them. Gave me number to call Monday and I need the money right. They let me hanging. I needed the money to buy medication for my back problem cuz I don't have insurance. Now everywhere close I have to stuffer till Monday. Why you promise something that you can't do. That shows me chase is low bank.when they want to get you they come with shit tons of good things then when you need them they can't do anything. Chase your are not worthy...

They need to have customer service 24/7 for both credit and debit card services if they're just going to cancel your card every other transaction, especially awesome on the weekend. Thanks for the excellent service…..

The best costumer service of any establishment and I’m talking about years of going here. Thank you so much for always being welcoming, helpful, kind and efficient. I rarely leave reviews but I felt like I should write this one because of the consistent good experiences I’ve had going here over the years. I’ve also noticed when I go to other Chase’s they don’t usually provide the same amount of good customer service so this one deserves good recognition! Thanks again!

Customer service is nowhere to be found. Stood in line to the window for 15 minutes just to be told to go on the other side of the room to open an account. Then was told that it’s too late because apparently 30 minutes before closure is not enough time for a simple transaction with a bunch of reps hanging out and laughing in the middle of the cubicles. Finally was told to do it online. What a joke. Hope these lazy reps get replaced with robot since all they do is slow everything down.

I was having some bank account issues and I wasn’t getting a clear understanding why. I went to another branch before coming to this one. That branch basically told me they couldn’t help and to call chase and go to another place. I was upset and frustrated but they did me a favor. I came into the San Pedro branch and I spoke with a banker named Brandon and he was so nice and helpful. He went over and beyond to answer my questions and help me with my problem. I was having the worst day ever and leaving the branch now I am happy knowing I was helped and my issue was resolved. Thank you Brandon you don’t know how much you helped me.
