5 Star esp for Duane. I would like to say " Thank you" to Duane the Store Operations Mgr for correcting the bad customer service I received. When I called for customer service in the pain relief isle, NO ONE came to help me get the Tylenol Rapid Release I needed, in which they have locked up. I even rang for it twice still no one came to assist me! At first I thought they must be busy up front ringing up customers but that wasn't the case. When I went up there to the self check out to pay for my other items, NO customers were in line & just one employee/cashier hanging around behind the cash register. What that employee behind the cash register should have done while no customers were around or needing to check out, should have quickly come to my assistance then go back to the cash register. Thanks to Duane your store gets a 5 star ? though ALL this should go to him only. He saved your store from getting anymore lower rating and hopefully saved your jobs! Though he had to be taken away from his own job responsibility to clean up this employee's mess, he went up and beyond his normal duties to assist me and compensate me for the inconvenience and poor customer service I received. Subordinates DONT take your jobs for granted! There are a lot of people out there without jobs and contractors awaiting to be called in for more job assignments. Listen to your superiors like Duane & all other upper managements. You will go far with your jobs! ?????

So rude and unhelpful. Too busy to care. Long lines in person and on the phone. I wasted hours of time because they refused to pick up the phone for 5 minutes and talk to my health insurance. I've been going here for almost two years and can't take it anymore. I'm done with this pharmacy.

Always a line up the isle. Their debit system crashes often and you can't get your medication. Clerks are slower than a snail. All bad here. Go elsewhere.

If you need to refill a prescription, better call your doctor first than CVS PHARMACY. I made a refill order by phone and they said is going to be ready next day. I went there after five days and the lady on the "drop off" section told me:"Your doctor didn't approve the prescription yet, I'm going to resend it again". I called my doctor right away, and I realized that the lady from CVS was LYING , my doctor never had any communication from CVS PHARMACY. Be very careful if you need your prescription on time.

The absolute worst customer service. They don't help you especially if you complain about anything even in a nice way. They are telling me they are ordering my medication every day and it's not coming in so it must be back ordered but why didn't the manufacturer tell you that? And why after years of going there and getting the same medication is it now a problem because I told them why do they put a medication on hold if it's too early but don't fill it when it's time. No I gotta call the day of to fill it. So the elderly would be without their meds if they forgot to call. Because nobody told me either, I found out the hard way.

I got called and got scalded by the pharmacist over 20 miserable pills for Tramadol. I just got knee replacement surgery. These people are Nazis.Don't waste your money and time with these morons. Find a local compassionate pharmacy and avoid the drama here. CVS can suck pair of Deez nuts. I'm transferring my prescriptions and business out of that crap hole pharmacy. I'm a nurse practitioner and I do not recommend CVS for nothing.

If you value your time, your life, your energy, in any capacity whatsoever, do not EVER use this pharmacy. I am not exaggerating when I say the staff does not care about you. Transfer your prescriptions to a local independent pharmacy instead. I guarantee you that you will save yourself blood, sweat, and tears. There is absolutely no way to make this dysfunctional establishment cooperate. They DO NOT care about you.

I requested refills on prescriptions three days ago and received the notice today that 2 are ready for pickup, however I was wondering what the holdup is for the third prescription request. So I called to clarify that my request went through and if I need to do something more? However, I guess the pharmacy is no longer answering phones. I called and after being on hold for almost 10 or more minutes I hung up and called again with the same results. So if I can no longer call for info I can't get on line, I'm wondering if this is just this location or if it's a now a general policy for CVS now that they cut back staff?

I've lived here for 8 months and I've never had a prescription be less than hours late. I've had issues 8 out of 8 months. They're understaffed and the staff that are there are usually burnt out and as a result unhappy. Cvs should hire more staff considering that this is the busiest pharmacy in town.

Worst pharmacy on the planet. I cracked a tooth and needed my medicine fast. I went to the pharmacy and they said it would be ready soon. Then I got a text saying they needed to special order the medication. I went back to the counter and asked them if the text was correct and they said no, that they had it and it'd be ready soon. After an hour I went to the counter again and asked about my prescription and again I was told it would be ready soon. An hour and a half later the prescription was finally ready. I believe the pharmacist put it on "back order" so she didn't have to follow the wait time standards of CVS. Pharmacist were rude on top of it all. Seemed so inconvenienced when I asked them any questions. Go anywhere else!Update: my dentist called in a prescription on Friday after my surgery and CVS won't fill it until Sunday and they won't tell me why and won't transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. They filled it and said it is on hold. I went to pick it up on Sunday and they only gave me 16 / 20 pills and they had forged the prescription to say *nf110622* meaning no fill until 11/6/22. See pictures VS original prescription. This place is negligent and borderline criminal.

I sincerely appreciate the pharmacists here. No one is happy when they have to go get a prescription but the workers here always are warm, friendly, efficient, and discreet. It feels like home when I come to get anything I need. I also like the way they text when your prescription is ready. Thank you for your service!

I still loathe this location and consider it a necessary evil. BUT, today I was assisted by Jon/John (spelling?) while getting my RX filled. He was helpful, courteous, and frankly, a joy to interact with. This general CVS experience was not without issues, I went to get my favorite soft drink, which was out of stock, no surprise as the beverage cooler is generally a mess. On this visit, Jon/John was a star, thanks for the great customer service.
