They are very polite they took my prescription. I stood there and they weren’t even that long and I had my prescription. They’re always like that when I go there all the people that work that are very polite. I can’t say anything bad about CVS.

The cashier was rude 2 me she didnt apologize wat happened she was putting prices on the water machine next to the atm and I was at the atm she claims I was in her way I wasn't in her way she told me 2 say excuse me and I wasn't in her way she was really rude the security guard was also there he didnt say anything but the lady I hope I do get apologize from the store

I have never been fired from a pharmacy, I guess there is a first time for everything. Poor service, little to no communication between clerks and patients, lots of conversations without including the customer. I said the pharmacist was smart but needs to work on interpersonal communication skills. Because they are busy, it appears that everyone is pulled so thinly that the customers inside as well as drive thru are the ones that pay. The intercom at the drive thru has been broken for more than a year. The insincere, service. When I left I said it’s starting to get much better.

Great store love coming here for quick shopping and getting whatever I need and also for prescriptions the people in the pharmacy are very nice and work efficiently with the people up front. Everyone is very friendly all around a good CVS.

I came in to pick up prescription mid-afternoon, not very busy. Was asked if I wanted a Flu Shot and accepted. It took less than 10 minutes to get it all done. Thanks to an excellent pharmacist service person, it hardly felt the shot.

This particular branch of CVS does not have all of the OTC benefits items clearly marked. I had to keep bringing different items to the check out to see if they were covered. If they were not, the sale had to be voided. I had to do this several times. I was both frustrated and a nervous wreck. The cashier was unbelievably understanding and patient. I really appreciate the way I was treated. I am just sorry I didn’t get her name. What a great rep for that store.

The store is ok no complaints but the pharmacy is horrible they never get anything right and they try to blame it on the patient or dr office even worse the male pharmacist there that answers the phone is so unprofessional and beyond rude horrible customer service never in my life he hangs up without saying goodbye literally every time !!! And when there’s a problem he doesn’t care and says he will follow procedure ie like calling dr or whatever and he doesn’t !!! I’ve called the corporate number to inform them and they say they will follow up call me back but no response BASICALLY DONT GO HERE or TRUST these INCOMPETENT UNPROFESSIONAL UNCOMPASSIONATE AMATEURS with your HEALTH!!!!
