Iwas there Tuesday and employee was extremely rude 2 me she was putting labels on the waters next to atm so I walked into to go to the atm she was really rude it was and employee I couldn't get her name she was either Chinese or Asian. She she said in a rude way why didnt u say excuse me anyways I was coming in and I wasnt in her way I went straight to the atm I wish she would at least apologize or they like suspend or something cause she was extremely rude the security guard saw it happend he didnt do anything or say anything after all that she walks to the cashier register then opens a line

Pig sty Parking LOT and unfriendly floor workers. 7/5/25 The parking lot had a lot of trash in the front entry of store. A older F worker, standing at entry watched me walk around the pile of garbage in the handicap space as I entered CVS...she never ever greeted me, just kept looking out the front door, while chatting it up with the younger checkout F worker. I've come on a Wed. A Tue., Sat. Parking lot always has garbage everywhere. That employee could have picked up the garbage she saw me navigate around!!! Nothing was stopping her. I was the only other customer in store!!! I hate coming here, but they have the hair color I use.

I was there to pick my medication the most important one wasn't ready which is my pain med. Asking the cashier why it's not ready she just staring at her register and replied her self like a dumb person... very young and she looked very uncomfortable working there. On other hand I can't walk that and it's very hard for me to drive. Now I have to go back home and come back here again with lots of pain. ITS NOT OKAY CVS PHARMACY. ITS NOT...

I normally don't have a problem with the store, I always do online orders and then go to in-store pickup. This particular time, they asked me for the last four digits of the order number, which I did not have because I left my phone at home. I did have my CVS card. I have never in the past three years been asked for the last four of my order; they just look for my name and hand me the order. The manager who was running the front register seemed busy doing something else and did not want to be bothered looking up the number. I simply just canceled the order and took this as an indication that I should be shopping at Rite-Aid instead.

This place is ALWAYS busy. Always a line, and never more than two cashiers at one time…. However, the staff and security guards are very friendly and personable. Even if it’s extremely busy, the staff is ready always to help a sister find things!

The daytime Daytime manager Karen G. kick me out the store for asking "I didn't understand the other person can ypu direct me to the restroom" Karen replied with what, I don't know what ur talking about. Who did u ask? I pointed to the employee she then said I don't know what ur talking about. I ask again can I use the restroom I have have diabetes and need it. So refuse and told the others workers to not let me in the restroom. Than she kick me out the store and told me to call CVS corporate and file a complaint and I did. I don't if she was having a bad day but she sucked as manager and shouldn't be employed unless CVS hire disrespectful employees. You can pull the footage to comfrim my statement and innocence.

I had a disappointing experience at this CVS store. The customer service was subpar, from the cashiers to the staff at the drug store and photo department. Unfortunately, it seemed like they didn't value their customers' time. To make matters worse, there's another CVS just 5 miles away that's not only cleaner but offers a much better shopping experience. I hope they can improve their service for the sake of their customers.Not recommend at all! Even in if it is emergency!
