This place is PREJUDICE!! They Racially profile..Never been treated so rude in all my years paying for a Insurance Service!!For paying full coverage insurance these people dont have my back!!Lousy service.I'll take my loyal business elsewhere!!STAY AWAY..

NO STAR...By FAR the WORST Insurance!!! One of their insured reared ended me badly while i sat at a red light one morning. Me being the conservative type of person did not rush to the ER, biggest mistake. As now i am struggling to get reimbursed. They wanted to settle with $500!!!! A total loss of my car, huge bruising and bump to my back and arm. MRI and a few doctors visits. The representatives are RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL. I know their quotes are really inexpensive but do think twice before you decide. Ps... my brother used to be a client , was treated the same way or worse when he needed them, ended up paying for damages out of his own pocket.

THIS STAR IS FAKE... By far the worst insurance company around. My story is way to long and I hate even thinking of how these crooks got the best of me. Sadly, these low class honey badgers are prowling on the Latino/Hispanic community.. Lesson learned, shame on me for trying to save a few bucks & giving these lame ducks a chance.. I got what i payed for... Went back to a REAL insurance company!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star . My car was parked and the car in front of me got hit by a drunk driver with no license or insurance , causing damage to my car as well . From the beginning of my claim it has been rude agent after rude agent . Not only that but everyone one of them has asked me to do their job for them . The first one asked me to go to the police station to get the report for him , this will speed your process up he said . The second one told me we were going through the persons whose car was hit and then hit me so I was asked to go get the persons information . Then the 3rd one calls back after me calling her 3 times . She tells me something completely different that since the person who hit the car in front of me has no insurance we need to go through my collision insurance . She calls the next day to ask me the same questions like she never started any process . Then I'm given the other adjusters number so I can call him and ask him when he will be going to see the car because she doesn't know this information. This is 5 days after the accident . Still nothing has been done . The agents sound like it's their first day and worse day put together . Every call sounded like I was disturbing them , those recorded calls obviously are not being monitored or Fred loya has very low standards for customer service . Then comes the worse part . My car was claimed a total loss . There was minimal damage but the adjuster claims it will be more than the car is worth. Since I'm still paying it off the way they do it is they will give you an amount take their $500 deductible and then keep your car . In total I did nothing and lost my car after making my payments and insurance I end up loosing the car and giving a perfectly working car to this screwed up company. They didn't even give me a rental . The adjusters prices are ridiculous they will go whatever way they can screw you in the worse way . I would've been better off not puting in a claim .
