The only reason I still go to GameStop is because the employees are extremely knowledgeable and can answer just about every question me and my son have. They are so passionate and I love it.

Roberto has been such a help! He is quite knowledgeable and very thorough with his recommendations. Amazing customer service! He goes out of his way to see which stores nearby have hardcopies of the games that I want.
