“I’ve been coming to the studio a little over a year now. When my friends ask me questions about Pilates and what studio they should try out I always recommend them to this studio. It is beginner friendly and has a welcoming environment. Definitely my comfort place! ”
“Amazing gym overall, whether you are looking to exercise on your own, work with one of the knowledgeable trainers, or both! Definitely recommend reaching out for membership deals and packages.”

“I'm new to this gym. I wanted to try something new so I started with Kickboxing. It was hard but I really enjoyed it and I felt welcome and totally appreciated the patience and attention from Kim who led the class. Today I tried 2 different classes led by Ian. First, Strap Strength which I assume is a TRX variant. I really liked this one! And then I stayed for the next class, Fit for Life. That was a totally different class that went through stretch, balance and resistance band strength exercises. For a first timer, in every class, I felt welcome and was impressed that even though these were group classes, instruction was tuned to each of us as if it was a personal training session. The gym is very clean, neat and well organized. And the location is amazing. A gym set in a corner of a beautiful marina! I loved it. The schedule is set up for regulars as well as drop ins. For me that is a huge plus. Harbor Fitness gets "thumbs up" from me.”
“I’ll be honest: I didn’t want to join. My wife thought I’d enjoy it, and I walked in expecting chest thumping and bravado. I found the opposite. I served 21 years in the Marine Corps, including combat command, and I carry two hip replacements to show for it. As a combat veteran, I understand how closely mental health and consistent physical fitness are connected, and Heyday has become part of how I take care of both. The community here is real. Coaches scale everything to meet you where you are, and if you miss a day, someone notices. I’m stronger and more flexible than I’ve been in years, and I genuinely look forward to class. If you’ve convinced yourself CrossFit isn’t for you, that’s exactly why you should walk through this door.”
