“I love Lazy Acres. I have lived in Manhattan Beach for over 23 years. I actually live walking distance from Lazy Acres on Artesia just a few homes down from Miracosta high school. The property Lazy Acres is on used to be the auditorium and indoor skate park where my sons attended because they are members of the church, Hope Chapel. The staff at Lazy Acres are wonderful. Robert, Danny and Pedro, along with the store associates are all really nice except for this one person named Tiffany! I went into Shop one day, and as I am bagging my own groceries, my choice, because I feel it's best to help out when you have some groceries and I did have a lot, she gets upset because I used two of the premade double bags she had prepared and put in with the other bags. She had the nerve to say to me, "You keep taking my bags!". I tried to ignore her, but she said it again And the fact that I'm bagging my own groceries...It doesn't matter if I'm doubling the bags myself or if she's bagging the groceries. I'm sure she would use the double bags or if there was a bagger available they would use the double bags. She went on and continued to argue with me how she didn't want anyone using the bags that she took the time to double. First of all, she's on the clock and the time she spends checking, doubling a bag, bagging the groceries or not, it's going to be the same for her, and I found it very rude for her to talk to me the way she did . I did contact the manager and I hope that she was spoken to about this situation. If that had been my first time in that store, and that happened to me, I would never return, because I can't believe someone could be so rude to a customer who is bagging their own groceries. I know you all are wondering why I would give the store a five star review. I did so because the store is wonderful and the staff is wonderful but it's just that one bad Apple that stood out and I wanted to bring the situation to the table and let others know.”

“A great place, I go there about twice a week. Easy parking and easy in and out of the market. Always something to choose from at the pre-cooked meals section. I don't even spend much time looking around, but I know the store has a lot to offer. Healthy food and lots of it. You can find anything you like at Sprouts and have some fun doing it! ?”

“I made a mistake trying to order the bagel and lox dish for a family Christmas party. The day of the event I went to look for a non-existent confirmation in my email. I guess I missed the final step in the process.I called frantically to the Redondo Beach Whole Foods. They were very busy on a Sunday pre-Xmas morning but eventually I got in touch with Elizabeth whom I think works in the prepared foods department. She was extremely accommodating and pleasant. She told that she could pull it off. That was an hour and a half before the party. Normally they require 48 hours. I couldn't believe she did it and it was beautiful. A major hit at the party and I would definitely order it again. I still can't believe Elizabeth went the extra mile. Very impressive. Thank you!”

The owner hooked me up with a couple scoops of Creatine with my purchase as I was traveling for the evening and had forgotten mine at home. Greatly appreciated the selection of goods and hospitality! “Love Pressed! Its my reward after stuffing myself with dumplings at Din Tai Shhhhhh hahaMy go-to are the Green's, usually the Green 3. Also the non-dairy Freeze ice Cream or fruit ice whatever term should be used. Its cold and yummy. Smoothie bowls are so good also. Staff has always been cool and offer suggestions. Even for us Big Bonned'ed folk, never get any judge-y stares. Place is always clean, with light positive vibes and iam all for it.”

“The Store is clean and well stocked the staff Is so informative helpful and knowledgeable ... Of you want to clean out stubborn plaque and fecal matter there's a combination of cleansing herbs by a company called New Body that really helps get rid of all the old crud that's in your system try CKLS Which stands for: colon ..kidney ..liver ..spleen there are videos on YouTube but many health stores don't carry it and have never even heard of it. If you want it right now go to Healthway Foods in the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach and get a bottle or two it's one of a few places that have it and it works ....my mother is 94 years young and swears by it.”

“This particular GNC is a life saver when you're around Del Amo Mall and you want a good, healthier energy drink besides getting coffee from the Starbucks inside of the mall!!!! The staff are very super chill, cool and knowledgeable just like almost every GNC I've ever been to. Next to the new Dave & Buster's inside of Del Amo Mall; this GNC kicks so much a** for any workout supplements, protein bars, powders, etc. 5 stars from me because I honestly have NOTHING bad to say about this GNC! “I tend to shy away from frozen foods due to the amount of sodium & the lack of taste. I tried Cedarlane’s Adobo Chicken Power Bowl, though, & am somewhat impressed! The sodium level is 100-300 mg lower than a typical frozen meal & the bowl was delicious! One serving has 20g of protein, only 13g carbs, 8g of fat. It is filled with spinach, kale, & chicken breast. It’s a great quick healthier lunch for the office than eating out!”
