My business partner and I are realtors and we had a listing nearby. The listing needed some minor things like light bulbs and a screw for a patio slider hardware. We were having a problem finding what we needed in the hardware aisle. Thankfully, an employee named Rick was there and he saved the day. Without hesitation, he immediately took us to the exact part we needed! What a life saver!!

Not where you'd think it is. Things are consistently out of order in the lumber and Simpson hardware sections. Wrong sizes wrong products. I find this frustrating because if I grab a half a dozen of something I expected to be in the right place. The parking lot is always full of "extracurricular" activities.

They’re flower prices are good, they’re Christmas decorations have fair prices, you find a lot of items here, I like Home Depot and my husband usually finds what he’s looking for

Not a very positive customer experience. Retuned a few items (about $70) and was provided a Home Depot gift card since the original purchase was made using a gift card from Xmas. After shopping for about 20 minutes i had about $200 in items, as part of the payment I tried to use the gift card i was just given and was told it had a $0 balance and i need to go see customer service. I was told the card was “pending” when i asked what that meant the associate couldn’t explain what it meant so i asked to speak to the manager. The manager arrived (I believe associate manager) i asked why the “pending” and all he could say was should work but could take 24 hours. I smiled and said are you serious all i got back was “so you are trying to use the card now?” Like it was strange to use a gift card 20 minutes later. Worst customer service ever experienced.

Friendly staff, lots of parking. My primary concern is the Makita tool selection seems to being pushed into the back seat, just my opinion.

I like some of the prices on the cleaning supplies. There’s always something to find at Home Depot. This location has had friendly workers.

Today in the Morning I was harassed From this guy named MARIO IT WAS SO Embarrassing in front of other people next time anyone goes to this Home Depot make sure MARIO Sees you pay for the stuff to avoid you getting embarrassed at the end

Any big retailer that doesn’t take ANY form of nfc/tap payment deserves to be left in the dust. It’s 2023 and half the adult population don’t carry cash or cards anymore. Catch up.
