Home Depot delivered and installed a new stove/oven yesterday. This morning I noticed one of the two delivery drivers STOLE a THC vape pen new in package off my kitchen table. It was worth $70 and I had to file a police report with LAPD Harbor Division. They came into my home and stole from me. Home Depot told me to file a report and they would contact me... I'm still waiting on Home Depot but these criminals could be in your home while I wait... Home Depot has delivery people who steal...

So far it's been a nightmare dealing with Home Depot. Every time I have ordered a door and waited weeks for delivery it comes damaged and the people helping me don't give a fock what you are going through. I paid for a new door, now give me a new door. My $5,000 window order all had to be returned. Customer service is no good. Items in stock are all damaged.

Want to Give a Big Shout Out to your Employee (JIMMY) Should of done this a while back. Every time she's helped me. She goes beyond. Yesterday while walking in I noticed the bags of dirt on sale. So I walked in to customer service and she was helping some one on the phone. Pleasant as she is even gave the person on the phone What aisle it was on. So I ask her about the dirt which was 4-$10.00 Didn't want all 4 Just one. She said there are 2 out there which one. So She directed me to Flyers and as I was coming back She said U want the Miracle grow. Yep that's it. Yes you can buy 1. Usually you walk away and they have moved on not Jimmy. Her Customer Service is always on point.

Disqualifies from Google /Yelps and Xmas R&R! I do not get to use Covid 19 as an excuse and neither does Home Depot! I personally have never had the opportunity to experience these good deals I see in the adds. Online says there is three in stock, but even after buying in advance they can't seem to find the merchandise? The above establishment is Disqualifies from Google and Yelps R&R! Raid X giving a red Flag on Home Depot Attractive add items that are out of stock with no intentions of removing add even after verification being out stock! Revolving public issues regarding check out made worse with self check out, plenty of help on duty with shelves empty, last three times tried to make keys was a loss and etc...? I will be returning what had to purchase due to malfunction that almost started a fire early tomorrow morning. I want originally item purchased and a replacement roll of solder.! If item is not in stock and posted today as having (3) Home Depot has 24 hours to deliver to my door step with a huge discount and no attitude or R&R Disqualification becomes permanent! Xmas

Will this review even matter with a goliath like The Home Depot? WE WILL BE FILING A BBB complaint as well for their corporate/"customer care" office. 12/11/2021 - we ordered a refrigerator online and it was delivered on 12/23/2021. It was slightly too larger for the space we had, and it was returned and picked up on 12/31/2021 when we were told that the return/refund will be processed right away. Great! However, that was entirely false and the hell we've had to go through to try and get our money back has been ridiculous. On 1/18/2022, 18 days after the pick-up/return, we still had not received the refund. We called The Home Depot again, and received a "case number" via email stating that the refund has been processed. Wow, 18 days after the first time we were told it was processed? Fine. We waited for the refund. By 1/24/2022, we had still not received anything and when we called our bank, still nothing. We called The Home Depot again on 1/26/2022, and this time waited on HOLD for a whopping total of 4.5 HOURS trying to get this resolved. We were told that they JUST tried to process the payment (not any time before that), and that they could not find the "case number" I provided them, when I have the email stating it was already refunded!!! The nice lady from Major Appliances--Demetria--was the only person willing to even wait and assist us on the line. After so many transfers we were getting really frustrated, especially when one lady on the line told us that "IT systems are down" and asked US to call THEM back??? Does The Home Depot "Customer Care" line not have any callback features on your call centers? Cannot believe this mess. Demetria kindly stayed on the line with us to call the San Pedro location to request an "in-person" return. Fernando from the store put us on hold to "look into it", then got back on the line after 20+ minutes to request for the RGA # (which Demetria kindly told him it was already provided multiple times, and in the field on his end). We were also told back in DECEMBER 2021 that the manufacturer approved this return already so nothing has happened since last year until we called!! He put us on hold for another 45 minutes to work on the return. When he came back on the line, he simply said that it was returned and we should be receiving an email confirming the return as well as the credit by tomorrow. It is now 1/28/2022 (2 days later) and no email nor a return from our bank. We called our bank and they informed us THERE IS NO PENDING RETURN. We called San Pedro Home Depot again this morning, asked to speak with Manager, Wendy, who was not helpful whatsoever. She was actually quite rude after we voiced our concerns and asked if there was anything she could do to make it right for us. ANYTHING, even a measly discount would've sufficed. She started to give us an attitude on the phone stating, "well, we've already given you the full refund and no restocking fee, soooooo..." WOW. A Manager said this?! We never asked to waive the restocking fee, and honestly at this point we haven't even received ANY refund!!! I would rather pay the restocking fee than be stolen from by the freaking Home Depot with rude customer service. Wendy might as well just give us the number to Lowe's at this point. The least she could do! We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Man, honestly i really didn't want to have to write this, but the lack of professionalism really got to me. I stopped by for a few things before my move and although the employees know where places are, alot of the people who work in a specific department didn't know much about their own department. I then proceeded to rent a truck for my move and the employees that i worked with didn't have a great attitude--they seemed a little annoyed that you were there. I proceeded to move and brought the truck back. It just so happens to be approx 16 miles round trip, so yes i did use some of the gas, but i was informed i used approximately 9 gallons, which didn't add up. I trusted her expertise so i went to the gas station and filled up. I brought it back and politely said "i think there's been a mistake". The conversation continued and i said (paraphrasing) that it should be about 1/3 of that max. The employee said "yea you filled it up too much." I said "yea because you told me i was off by 9 gallons". She then disregarded the topic and proceeded to tell me how much my deposit was, then basically shoo'ed me off to help another customer. I then called the home depot customer service to try to dispute this. They directed me to the manager who directed me to the front desk of the same people who weren't willing to help me in the first place. That being said, i'll eat up the extra cost and i won't be coming back, even though i work in this area. Lowe's or ikea can have my future business. I think what bothered me the most is how polite i was about this whole situation. So to have the continued disrespect was absurd, in my opinion.

Store and employees are first rate. Good product selection. Lost a star for online inventory that may say limited supply, which translates to we have no idea if we even have any on hand.

I had to take time to write this. I've been in the business long enough to recognized employee incompetency and lack of training, or simple don't care! I'm fed up with hearing "it's not my department" or workers simply avoiding questions. Had a conversation with managers Jonathan and Eric, I sure hope they realize the negative culture within the store. Shout out to the a few employees that still care Gloria, David, Teresa, Mohammed and the long hair gal that works in electrical...you guys deserve the 5 stars.

No customer service available here whatsoever!! We came in for a new shower drain stopper and all shower drains were in kits and we wanted one that was individual so we walked around looking for someone to help us and absolutely no one around for over 45 minutes. This is NOT the first time we had a very bad experience at this store, however today I'm writing this review because- part of my job is to work with succulents and in the past I've spent hundreds of dollars buying succulents here that have been waterlogged, root rotted, ended up having bugs from overwatering- which Home Depot is known to do to and their succulents don't last from here because of their over watering. As we left the store, I was appalled at the "self check" out attendant guy who was rude as hell to us pointing and staring at us and to top it all off, was completely unnecessary with his ignorant attitude towards us all because of an accidental plant tag mix up. He just had to make sure to stick it to us that the plants had an improper tag. We just chucked them back and left, I barely even waited for the machine to give me my change and receipt back. With this employees rude snarky attitude, and the low quality of the succulents, we could careless to ever do business here again! We will take our money straight to the wholesaler instead or rather give our business to a more humane customer service worthy company that doesn't go around being rude to families and their kids for shopping for plants and a darn shower drain. Idiotic Home Depot. Shame on you!

This company is a total disaster! . We ordered dish washer in august (its October 15 now) then they delivered my dishwasher with a huge dent. Then they brought it back and rescheduled delivery. Then it didnt show up on delivery day a week ago. They rescheduled delivery again for today then all of sudden they cancelled my order without my consent. I called twice yesterday about this and they reaffirmed that mine would be delivered next day. I called them again this morning and asked what happens. They said my order has been canceled for some reasons without my consent. I suspect they dont have the exact dishwasher so cancelled. We wasted 2 months on their poor customer services, shitty communication and total non senses. Be aware if you want to buy appliance here. It deserves zero star!!! I will never buy stuff from home depot.com in my life!

This store refused to honor warranty on Husky Tool purchased there. The Husky website redirects to Home Depot website where it clearly states a failed Husky tool can be returned to Home Depot store for replacement. However customer service would not honor this promise.

Ordered a Maytag Dishwasher for delivery and installation. The installer arrived and removed my existing dishwasher. He opened the box containing the new dishwasher and found that it was damaged beyond repair. He apologized. It took two weeks to get a replacement. The second group of "installers" were not told they had to install the dishwasher. They wanted to leave the dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen. We refused. It took another two weeks to get someone from Home Depot to deliver and attempt to install the dishwasher. The installers who arrived on the third attempt arrived without masks. One sounded like he was going to cough up a lung. My husband asked him to mask up. We were told neither person had a mask with them. We provided them with N95 masks. The installers stated that they could not install the dishwasher because of the location of my plumbing hookup. The first installer did not have an issue with the hookup. The dishwasher went back for the THIRD time. Three days later, Home Depot was unable to provide a refund because the dishwasher has not arrived back at the manufacturer yet.

This is the place where you just ask a "general" question and not a specific question meaning - when I asked where the cob web dusters are ... one of the employees gave me the crazy tone and said, "Idk what that is" and she kept walking! I was like ... well, can you tell me where the brooms are? Omg. Then I had asked another person where the box openers/knives are and she gave me a sigh then pointed me to the paints ... so I'm in the paint section and the other employee behind the counter throws her stuff on the table and yells at a customer! She said, "Idk what you're asking then!" Wow ... I must have come on the wrong day. By the time I checked our THANK GOODNESS the lady ringing me up was in a good mood! My gosh. What a morning today!
