I had an appointment this morning for a time-sensitive test I ordered on demand, but when I arrived, the system was down and no one could locate my order. I was starting to feel stressed, but Nina at the front desk immediately stepped in with such kindness and determination. She didn’t just do her job, she went far beyond what anyone could expect. Nina made multiple calls, tried every possible solution, and stayed with me through the whole process, never giving up. She truly cared and made it clear she understood how important this test was for me. In the end, she managed to retrieve everything and even drew my blood herself to make sure I didn’t lose more time. I left feeling deeply grateful, not just for her help, but for her genuine compassion. Thank you, Nina! You made all the difference today.

I went to get my blood drawn. The wait was short and the staff were extremely friendly. The receptionist was welcoming and kind and the nurse that drew my blood, Nina B, was exceptional. She was able to draw my blood quicker than I’ve ever experienced and she made me feel calm and taken care of. I’m happy I went there and will absolutely go again.

I’m deathly afraid of needles and was so anxious the days leading up to my blood test but i worried over nothing because Nina F is seriously the best! She made me feel super comfortable, i didn’t even feel anything and i was done before it even started cause the whole process was so fast! Thank you Nina!

My parents have bought me here since I was a kid and they have always been so friendly, efficient, and timely. I still go here as an adult and they are always helpful. Small place but clean and constantly clearing out patients. Love it here.

I'm scared of needles but Nina Bezelj did such a good job. I did not even feel the needle go in my vein. Very quick and easy! I recommended making an appointment. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Oh my gosh I loved the staff I did not get the name of the receptionist but she was so beautiful. Her vibe and her attitude was so comforting. And Nina attended me and ensured I was comfortable and calm. She treated me with such beautiful grace. This is my first pregnancy so I was super scared to go through this process but having such nice people treating me with respect and kindness made it so much simpler and easy. Thank you !
