“Immaculate, clean smelling new business in Pedro featuring hats of the decorated - machine embroidered ball cap type, T shirts, and best of all a recording studio in back. Did something with the window. Simple interior decor. Fashion is not exactly our thing but we think it's kind of exciting that recordings are being made here and that singers and players are coming into town to do that. One of a few new businesses in the area that give us hope of a 6th street revival. Open First Thursdays.”

“This place is super amazing. I first started coming here for my son's uniforms. Then, I started having hats embroidered. Then, I started bringing my own items to be embroidered.
1. Uniforms - They have such great quality uniforms with great embroidery. My son grew like a bamboo tree in high school, so we kept buying uniforms. We ended up giving away the ones that no longer fit him and they continued to hold up! They never faded, nor did they shrink.
2. Their embroidery is so awesome. If you have a clear idea and can articulate it, they will execute it to perfection!!!!! I just bought an LL Bean tote and wanted something specific on it. The company said they could not do it. Took it here, and Norman's did it better than I imagined!!! I am adding the photo herein. I am buying more totes as gifts and taking it here!!!!
3. If you want vintage looking pieces like letterman jackets, embroidered cardigans, etc. look here and have it customized!!!
4. They has so many backpacks!!!! If you are looking for a backpack and don't want a generic one that everyone has, come here!!!!
5. Their Customer Service is impeccable. Despite the fact that this is an established business renowned for working with so many schools and organizations, every time we walk in here, everyone is so nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy.”
