I'm Leaving A Review To Give Recognition To Jesus & Quinn For Outstanding Performance As Metro Representatives. I Had An Issue With My Device, And Couldn't Effectively Resolve The Problem Myself. They Helped Me To The Full Extent Of Their Availability They Had Access. They Resolved The Problem With The Solution I Needed. Great Work Jesus & Quinn.

Staff wasn't really interested in any kind of help other than selling you a new phone or service. Almost seemed an inconvenience to them to answer questions for existing service issues

The worst store ever!!!! It stinks of chemicals when you go in there and the employees lie to you. They said they didn't have the internet router in stocks when I called twice! I asked when they would have it and they said they don't know. I had to keep calling finally when I got the time and they said they had it in stocks the promo was expired!!! They wanted me to pay 50 dollars more then the promo to get it. Lol worst store.

I have had many cell phones. Each time I bought a new cell phone, the employee at Sprint, AT&T or Metro always transferred old cellphone data to new cellphone. They informed my 81 year old husband at this location, they were too busy to do that for him. Not happy with this store.

I stopped by this place about a week ago and it is located in the ghetto ass part of San Pedro and the business is in a box. A couple of the guys that work there are nice and helpful, when they actually answer the phone, but one doesn't really have a friendly demeanor and doesn't really seem like he wants to be there. Or maybe he's just not a people person, idk. I was able to get my business done after waiting quite a bit because there was only one employee working in the store and several people waiting to be helped by that one employee. I called several times the day before and several times on the day I ended up going and no one answered the phone any of the times I called and it says their mailbox is full and can't take messages. I was hoping to ask my questions before going to the store but that was not happening. The store definitely does not have enough employees working to help multiple customers at the same time, at least 2 or 3 customers should be helped at the same time by a couple employees... and to answer the dang phone! It is a business and the phone should be answered no matter what you're doing! Or fix your dang voice mail so customers can leave a message and you can call them back. What happened to the store on Gaffey across from Vons? That was a nice store and at least 2 employees working AND THEY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE!!
