Truly unprofessional! Same issue when designing my business card. I had to do all the designing and still almost daily had to call or go in for updates on them. Once printed, they cane out great as per my detailed instructions. I gave them a shot again to design a window add for my business, that was 3 weeks ago, again had to chase them down for updates and their design seemed lazy, something that anyone could print or design at home. Don't waste your time with them. Cesar and his helper are useless.. sorry to say, but they don't deserve anyone's business if they don't want to work..

Called here for the first time .. it’s 430… they close at 530.. it’s a Friday and they are doing a last minute mini project for me and I could not be more appreciative. They didn’t blow be off ; they really were ok with helping me last min! Best part , they are giving me a fair decent price .. not even trying to over price me for a last min. Order . Thank you ? I’ll be on my Way soon ! :)

I highly recommend MJM printing services! I'm a calligrapher, Watercolor artist, and custom event Stationery designer new to the San Pedro area. Many clients had suggested their printing services for stationery I had designed for their events. Well I designed Mother's Day greeting cards and sent the files over to MJM and I was very impressed with the quality of their printing services, paper, and pricing!

So just recently I started rating businesses online only because I think it's great to share experiences to give others a heads up on what to expect. Okay their customer service is great. Very polite. Prices are very affordable. I got basic services. I ordered a basic business card. I was initially quoted at $25 for 100 cards if I have a pre made logo, basically just charging the printing services.Or, $25+$45 for the printing services and the logo design. I provided them with an outline of the design I wanted. They tried but unfortunately it was not what I expected. I said NO to it. And decided to creat my own design as I figured they would not meet my expectations based on their first try, so to save everyone's time I went ahead and created my own design. I sent it over to them and stopped by the shop to confirm I will send them over my own logo. They were fine with it. We went over pricing again since I was going to create my own design. He agreed to make adjustment to the $40 deposit I gave him. Once I sent them my design I asked to add two words on the bottoms of the card, again looked a bit off I asked to fix it they did. It took me about a week to pick up my cards because of my busy schedule. When I finally picked up my cards I got my box with 100 cards in it. I checked out my cards hmm not much to love about it. The two words I asked to be added for some reason just don't match with the card, the thickness and style of writing just does not fit with the card. Which I noticed from the get go but I just said yes to just get the job over with. Now when I asked for the difference because remember I created my own design after all, the front desk guy said he would keep the $40 deposit and call it even since he had created a logo but I said no to it. I did not bother arguing. I simply said oh even if I designed my own logo and the initial price for that was $25? Okay no problem. I walked away. I paid $40 for 100 cards that I designed myself all because I did not like a logo they designed for me. I understand they put time into the first design but I did not like it. I should of made them work until they designed one I liked to make my moneys worth. I am not pleased with their dishonesty. I am new to Pedro and I'm trying to relocate all my services. But def. not going back to this printing place. They lost a good customer over $15. I understand he took time to create first design but if I didn't like it why should I be charged for it. At least keep the $15 and compensate me with a bit of more cards or free sample stickers. Something!

I got some pictures blown up and printed on foam boards here for my grandfathers funeral, they were done extremely well and done next day! Prices are great 10/10 recommend!

CJ IS THE BEST! I was referred to MJM by a coworker, but me being me, I still decided to shop around before committing. I decided on MJM because they had prices no one could beat. Beyond that, they provide great quality materials and treat me like family--always so warm and welcoming every time I come in to pick up an order. Highly recommend!!!

We were referred to MJM by a friend. We came in asking for some flyers and signs to be made for our business on a Wednesday for a event we had on Saturday. We knew it was very last minute but CJ was very helpful and accommodating. We were sent proofs within an hour and everything was ready by Friday. The graphics and designs were excellent. We will definitely be repeating customers. Always love shopping local in San Pedro, this place is a gem!
