I asked if there was any Primo peppered turkey, Casey started looking through while saying, "Sorry I don't think so". Casey offered cajun turkey, I replied, "No thanks, maybe next time" i started to walk away, Casey said, " We have this blah blah (Casey said the correct brand name but I have already forgotten it) kind that's peppered, would you like to try it?" "yes, please! i'll take half pound!" simple everyday interaction with someone in retail right? well in my experience, over the last 10 years customer service is awful. younger workers especially lack CS skills, but plenty of not so young lack skills as well! Casey keep up the great service, you single handedly restored my faith in younger folks (for today and tomorrow at least) and for that I'm grateful!”
