“I came to this bank on the way home as it's in the same plaza as my job. This was the first bank I've ever been to that has only 1 teller window but has 4 or 5 atm machines inside. The parking lot around this area is usually quite full. Anyways, I was just there to pay my rent and there was only 1 person in front of me but seemed to be having problems with his account as it was taking quite a while. I assume this was a manager, but a nice gentleman came out from the back and ended up helping me do my deposit on the side and even gave me some advice on how to make the transaction go quicker instead of filling out all these deposit/withdrawal forms and. Super appreciative of him. I didn't catch his name, but I applaud him for his great customer service!”

“I don't see why all the negative reviews, the few times my husband and I have come in here have felt like a dream compared to other locations. This location was always very quick and spot on with customer service from the Tellers and this last time I had to open an account and I did so with a wonderful lady named Lizbeth. She was very Professional and Courteous! She went above and beyond getting everything squared away and now I have my own account here and can cash my checks the proper way! I appreciated her attention to detail and great follow up through text! She really did what a decent banker is supposed to do plus wanted to make sure I didn't have any more questions or concerns! Now, I call that Being On Top Of Business and I felt very well taken care of! She should get a raise for sure! Thank you, Lizbeth, you made my day super bright!
