Moving is a lot, and you’re bound to forget things… I forgot the locks on our U-Haul boxes (which were already up and loaded!) Thankfully, Tay was SUPER understanding and EXTREMELY helpful! So much so that when TWO of my locks didn’t work, she gave me replacements! I just can’t express how grateful I am that she was so willing to not only bring down one box, but THREE boxes because I couldn’t remember which one wasn’t locked. So amazing!!! What started as a bad day ended great with her kindness! Thank you, Tay!!! We are so appreciative!!!”
