Took a bad fall and broke screen of phone. They fixed it for reasonable price when they said it would be ready it was ready :-)

Outstanding! Brought my ancient iPhone 6 in for a power port replacement and a new battery, and had it back in an hour for a totally reasonable fee; much less than I anticipated. Knowledgeable, polite and professional . . . AAA+++

I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Nice Device. I've never had to get a phone serviced before, so when my ancient iPhone 6 (that works great for me) wouldn't charge, I realized how important these devices are in the modern world. In one hour, he replaced my charging port and installed a new battery for an exceptionally reasonable fee. The whole thing went ten times better than I expected.

Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my iPhone 12 pro it had a speaker and microphone issue and a charge port issue. It's not working perfectly price was reasonable and service was done in about an hour and a half very nice to have my phone back quickly. It's appreciated. Their shop is nice and they also sell other accessories, phone cases and electronics cameras for your house etc. Business is easy to get to. It's right on sixth Street by the Warner grand theater.

Been coming here for years im not a review kind of person but if it helps them stay in business lets make it public now. Jonathan is a great kid. Been knowing them since they opened, their way of treating you like family has kept me coming. We can joke around but at the same time they hold high quality work with a professional manner. Highly recommend visiting them and becoming your go to spot for help and repairs.

I saw their post on Facebook about the bug with iphone 12 pro max. My daughter's iphone screen was replaced when we went to Arizona a few months back not at this location. We updated it yesterday and to our luck the screen blacked out. Luckily i stumbled upon their post warning users ios 16 bugs and they were so friendly and nice we ended buying an ipad and repairing the iphone 12 pro max.

The nice device team are as helpful as they can be. I broke my phone today and I wanted to upgrade but I also wanted to keep my data. they helped me with both. they fixed my phone enough to recover my files and hooked me up with a good deal on the iPhone X cheaper than anywhere else I went and all done in less than an hour. I highly recommend

Best cell phone repair in San Pedro. I'm not at my best financially and this guys are the best they worked out with me to get me a phone and a line with the ACP program and were able to retrieve my info to get to the new phone from my old broken phone. I'm grateful for them being here in San Pedro. I went to two other repair shops before coming to them and they were rude and straight didn't want me to be in their store. The nice device team didnt judge me and made me feel welcomed. Highly recommend this guys.

I come here since they open. They help me with all my questions. I know I can be annoying sometimes but they are always here to help no matter how silly the question is because I'm an older guy and I'm not very good with this technology stuff.

Im local to San pedro and i just stumbled upon my New favorite Cell phone Repair store. I came in with a broken Note 10 which i hated forever because im an iPhone kind of guy. They helped me fix my phone so i can recover data and hooked me up with a reasonable priced iphone xmax. Im loving this phone now!! If youre looking for a phone Shop this guys are awesome!
