“My fiancé and I were looking for some new plants to fill out our front yard. The nursery had so many options for us to choose from for both potted and ground plant options! I had to stop by fiancé from buying the whole store. We ended up choosing a Princess Flower and some Mexican Sage. Luis was very helpful in telling us how to take care of the plants (how often to water, when to expect them to bloom, how much sun they need, etc). We'll definitely be back for some more succulents or hydrangeas!”

“I love going to this nursery every fee months. They have all sorts of stuff: veggies, succulents, shrubs, trees, etc. I just recently went to pick up some more ranunculus b/c the first 6 I got were beautiful but sadly, they were out. I put in a calendar reminder for next year b/c I love them so much! Over the years I've gotten petunias, daisies, alyssum, 2 flats of dymondia, calla lilies, butterfly bush, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, zucchini, assortment of small succulents for an arrangement, bags of compost/dirt and wood chips, etc. They turnover plants quickly and it seems their selection is very seasonal. If you want veggies, make sure you walk all the way into the nursery b/c there are lots towards the back. But also be sure to walk through all the aisles b/c sometimes they have the herbs scattered throughout and sometimes plants at different maturities are in a different spot. If in doubt, ask one of the workers. Tip: you can drive your car into the nursery and park along the side. Please be considerate and leave enough space for other cars to pass you. Also, you can load your car up wherever you parked it and then drive it up to the gate, pop your trunk, have them calculate your total and pay. (note that they charge a convenience fee if you use a credit card)They may not have as many diff varietals like a specialty store but the prices are awesome. I ALWAYS come here first before going to Armstrong Garden Center (also excellent) or a big box store.”

Not only are they bringing beauty to our community through the growing and selling of heirloom and diverse flowers, they also produce fruits and vegetables sustainably and DONATE THEM to local food banks. Local, nutrient dense food is going to the folks who need it more than those who can afford to shop at Whole Foods!Farmer Sasha and the FL59 team have worked hard to be a positive change in the neighborhood by providing a venue for education and community building.”

“When we first arrived at Peter's Garden Center, we were greeted by a super helpful young lady sho was incredibly knowledgeable. I cannot remember her name but she was just 100%. Then by chance we had the incredible pleasure of meeting the owner Theresa. Her Grandpa started the business way back in the forties. We purchased 7 large beautiful outdoor plants and one indoor. We walked in strangers and walked out feeling like we made friends.”

“We worked with Jasmin to get pea gravel for our project. Communication was great and she got everything delivered on time, before the holidays. The truck driver, I did not get your name, but was very friendly and unloaded the rocks right where we needed them. Excellent truck driver by the way, I didn't see a backup camera on that bad boy, but he was able to navigate that truck into our narrow driveway and frequent cross traffic with no problem.Thank you and Happy Holidays”

“Good selection on indoor and outdoor succulent's and cactus's. I didn't find the prices that good compared to big box stores but the quality seems to be better. The pots are over priced in my experience. Left with a (2) 2" sedum, and (2) 2" Eves Needle cactus with pink and two SMALL pots for $35 total”

“Today I had the pleasure of going to Home Depot it says harbor gate way but I call it Gardena Vermont and 190. I highly recommend this Home Depot because the staff is ready to work and help you out from locating an item to explaining items you need.During this time of the year Fall Home Depot has one of the best one stop Halloween supplies and displays in this area. Parents if you want to test your young kids to see if they can handle Haunted Houses, trick o treating, or decorations bring them down to this FREE HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR and after the shopping and Halloween fun is over go outside to the hotdog stand enjoy the Jumbo Hotdog specials for 1 dollar great deal.I highly recommend this location come for one thing and leave with so much more”

He was very patient and helpful with my mom when she went in the looking for help exchanging her plant and sincerely wanted to help her and make sure she got what she wanted.
