“I have been buying my toner and drums from Brink Ink for the last 10 years. Their service is excellent combined with fair prices. When a problem arises, it is quickly addressed and corrected. It's always a pleasure to speak with Roman”
“Thank you Pierre for helping my mother out today I’m currently out of state so my mother is shipping some stuff to me she has trouble speaking English in open setting situations she starts to get nervous an embarrassed of her ability to pronounce certain words so she faced time me to help her out an Pierre was extremely patient and understanding all the while having a smile and a great attitude I’m not sure if he’s management or in a leadership role I should have asked just got his name but if not he needs to be what a stellar job thank you Pierre”
“Urgent print jobs?! Look no further to this trusted Office Depot location!! I was so impressed by Melissa and Amelia in the Print Department. I had a big job I needed done, and they gave me such reassurance that I would get it when I needed it. If you even have an extra ounce of time, come in to see them, and bring your laptop in case you need to make any edits! They printed a live proof for me to see and feel that what I ordered online was exactly what I needed. Luckily they had a 40% off deal, but they're so friendly you can ask them if you didn't have a coupon or anything already - they'll make sure your job is done right and for the best price!”
“The customer service at the San Pedro store was outstanding. Riz was super helpful, communicated well, and was able to accommodate our last minute request quickly and efficiently.”
