Pacific Premier Bank in San Pedro is a phenomenal place to do your banking business with an Amazing staff to make you feel that you are in great hands as soon as you enter their branch. Whether it’s Suzy, Jared or Arlene, each will truly give you their full attention while handling your business with your best interest a priority. Whenever I walk in, if it’s a simple transaction or a complex issue I am dealing with, I feel safe and secure knowing that I will have a successful outcome and they will make sure that I am always in a good place. Individually, each one is very knowledgeable and as a team, they are the best in the business. I also have friends that bank there and we are always saying to others how friendly, patience, focused, they never speculate and always ask the right questions to give a perfect plan of action. Can't go wrong with your trust in them.

This is the reason I bank with PP. From the greeting by the guard at the door, to the service behind the counter, my experience couldn't have been better. I didn't get the name of the manager, but I was there 10/11 around noon. He was great!

Courteous staff. (Android) PPBC Mobile app doesn't work on my S-21 phone. I've spent hours (2 or 3) with phone tech support and in-person efforts. Result: no working app, no Zelle The app doesn't even remember my username, and doesn't send a text xxxxxx to my phone. Without that simple, low security SMS 2nd factor authentication, the biometric and strong password don't work. At least the B of A (ugh) mobile app works.Bye, bye Pacific Premier Bank. Too bad.

This bank is by far the very best bank in the Los Angeles area. I am always impressed with their outstanding customer service. They always go the "extra mile" for their customers. I looked at a good number of banks before I choose this bank for our business account. In my review, this bank was far ahead of all others in what they provide. And, the people working at Pacific Premier are all true professionals. Choose this bank! They are fantastic!
