Pacific Inn & Suites offers very clean, immaculate, and recently remodeled rooms in a great location close to the beach. The building is older but well kept. Staff and management are described as extraordinarily friendly, professional, helpful, and cordial, providing great customer service. Accommodations are simple, reasonable, and spacious, though some mattresses are very firm. Minor issues like a heater not working are noted. Its proximity to the cruise port and value for parking are appreciated. Many guests state they would definitely stay here again.
