The worst experience possible, after 3 bad experiences. My mother has shopped here since before the store shut down &re-opened. This time the lead team member of the starbucks, borderline harrassed my mother for simply not knowing their protocol. I understand having policies and if people bend rules it messed up the flow- but to talk down to, give ugly looks to, and continue to complain to the customer as if it is the customers fault that her employees she manages "break the rules" as she said. To top it off while listening to her continue to dig into my mother as she made the drink- she made it wrong, possibly on purpose due to the clear animosity she had for us. They also condone the male member of the team to hold up lines with former employees whilst mocking the customers in the long line. Do not use this one until it's fixed- the REAL starbucks in the sameplaza is a million times kinder & more professional (and actually makes good drinks instead of taking anger out on your drink.) I hope she finds some peace soon.

There is always so many people in the shopping center so I always have to park by the Ralph’s and then walk over to the Starbucks. There is a large covered area for people to sit under where there’s about 15 small tables that you can sit at.

This is a busy Starbucks within Albertsons but I prefer this location over the Corp Starbucks in the same center. Staff is pleasant and they can hustle. Nice to see staff has been stable for awhile.

So, I recently popped into this Starbucks and let me tell you, it was a real treat. The place was bustling with people, and the smell of fresh coffee was like a siren call to my nostrils. I felt like I was in a sanctuary for caffeine addicts, and I was ready to take my place at the altar. The staff were like superheroes, but instead of capes, they wore green aprons. They were quick, efficient, and never failed to greet me with a smile. I swear, they could make a latte in their sleep - it was like watching a magic show, but with coffee. The drinks were a whole other story. They had everything from classic coffee to fancy, elaborate drinks that I couldn't even pronounce. I tried a few and let me tell you, they were like a symphony in my mouth - a symphony made of coffee, milk, and sugar. And don't even get me started on the baked goods - they were like little pieces of heaven in a pastry case. Overall, I had a great time at this Starbucks, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a caffeine fix or a tasty snack. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were like old friends. So, if you're in the area, give it a try. Who knows, maybe you'll become a regular like me - I'll even save you a seat.

Can anyone tell me what are the extra bits on the cheese danish I ordered today?? This is ridiculous! Would any of their employees or specifically the person who handled my order eat this?

I always come here because service is great. The manager Kim and worker Kina are fabulous. Today is a new girl Jillian. Line a little long but understandable. She gave good customer service. The 1 star is for Chloe* she walked right between my daughter and I. No excuse me or anything. She said I forgot my tips and grabbed apron. As she walked again in front of a customer she started talking. She said loud "I F'ing hate it when F'ing people stare." I don't know what her problem was but it was very unprofessional. This is not the standards this Starbucks usually upholds.

I'm happy that there is a Starbucks on the way to work and home. On early mornings I stop by to get something to wake me up and after a long day I like to stop and get a little treat. The baristas have all been very nice and are fast. They so get busy from time to time but I don't mind the wait because they are understaffed and I know they're trying their best to serve everyone as fast as they can.

I'd like to take the time and appreciate the great customer service Mason provided for me while at the store. Better customer service experience as well as enough room to grow in the Starbucks franchise. Thank you for taking the time to make my visits more welcoming

Really bad service, I waited 13 minutes for two drinks and no more clients. My order was really bad, I asked for a matcha latte hot, soy milk and 6 of matcha and I stead I got this. Lots of regular milk and 3 scoops of matcha when I paid for the soy milk and the extra matcha powered. When I ask told that wasn't what I asked, the lady was just "ohhhh!" Like really I paid $8 for something that I throw away immediately.

This is the worst grocery store locally when it comes to lines and waiting. Every single time I come to this store, whether it be for bread or for a laundry list of items, I find a bottleneck relative to help... I rarely see an Express line formed but even when I do, it appears inefficient and often just ineffectual. There is rarely more one or two registers open and though I typically buy just one or two items here (it isn't my normal, "go-to" grocery) I cannot remember the last time I came and did not have to wait in a long line. I hope they can reduce wait times. Other aspects of the store are appealing. It is clean, the employees seem friendly, and they typically have what I am looking for. Prices are on the high side. I recommend looking elsewhere before coming here.

I had JUST bought groceries here like I do on a regular basis (2+ times a week). A man approached my vehicle yelling at me. He was dressed like a manager. He identified himself only by saying "I work here" and he told me I could not park in their parking lot.i have a handicapped plaquard but was not in a handicapped spot. I guess it was taking me too long to leave for his liking. I am 99% sure he was one of the managers of this store. This is a terrible way to treat your customers. While I like certain items that they sell and other groceries dont sell, I dont think I want to shop anymore at a store that treats customers so bad. The main issue is the WAY he approached me was so hostile and yelling and accusatory which is unnecessary and certainly inappropriate for an employee or manager of a store.
