This is still by far my favorite Target location however recently the bathrooms have been really bad and there have been a lot of homeless people around the store. Kristi and Jenski or Jen are awesome at customer service! They honestly need to be bumped up to management level because they work so hard! Glad the sandwich shop is gone and everyone at Starbucks is fairly nice.

Honestly had a really good experience at my local Target today. I found exactly what I needed today and the store had enough checkers to prevent any of the lines from getting too long. For the most part, they usually have in stock what I need! It is also so close to home so it makes it really convenient for a quick run or even for a longer browsing trip :)

Ok so target is target BUT...I usually expect a higher level of overall customer service. In fact, employees at this location have demonstrated a decent level of commitment to that end. And then there's today. Most stores in this league and caliber will often offer deals on various items in their stores. Two for one.... Buy one get one free.. etc. My deal was 3 items for a certain price. 18$ to be exact. When I got to check out I verbally expressed to the employee there that the items in my cart were on special. He acknowledged. After the completion of my transaction, I check my receipt specifically looking for my deal and I was overcharged and I immediately notified the employee to which he said there was nothing I could do. So i asked did he simply overcharge me hoping I would not notice rather than indicate there is a issue with the pricing. Go see customer service he said. So, I did. A fewSteps later, I'm working with another employee who I explain the issue again...this time, even though the employee fixed the problem... he said " I was mistaken and read the advert in the store incorrectly and that the only way to get the deal was to have the target app installed and digitally provide a coupon. I told him, I was certain that was not the case but took his word for it while he price adjusted me. Great thanks. Once that transaction was complete.. I walked back to the display and snapped a photo of the deal. And of course no mention of any specifics to earn the deal. I brought the photo back to the "customer service" employee..thanked him and then showed him the specifics on the display via the photo on my phone. He took my phone ... magnified it from corner to corner and said well I already gave you a better deal than that so.....Yes but you also intimated that I had no idea what I was talking about and now he had to get involved and fix an issue that I created out of thin air.Thanks for the resolution, but keep the condescending comments to yourself.

This target has far FAR too many people out front bothering customers for donations, signatures. Often it's so intrusive that they have full blown setups with tables and multiple people IN FRONT OF BOTH DOORS. You cannot walk in or out without being asked to sign something. Management has to do better here. This is the worst target for this. Get these people away from your doors.

The dude and I had to come to Target in the San Pedro area on 11/12/22 as we forgot to either pack or buy some items for a 7 Day cruise as the cruise items can be very expensive! Anywho, we fell in love with this Target as it was very upscale compared to the Central Valley Target. The clothes appeared better, shoes, food, items in stalk, music and even staff.I did need to ask for help which the staff member who was doing an order was looking for something similar so we found one of his co workers and they were so helpful. So the customer service was stellar.Since this Target is close to the Cruise Center the typical cruise items were pretty GONE like anti nausea medication and they mostly just had the kid kind. We wanted to make sure we had some in case we felt queasy.The store was so clean and organized. Beautifully decorated and we loved that they had Ample BLACK Santa items which the dude spotted out. I was thrilled as finally ...Target ...well I'll just keep it as that so just know this warmed my heart and love for Target even more!Anywho, it was a lovely shopping experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this location and of Course any Target usually gets the job done!!

What the fuck is up with all these solicitors posted right outside the entrance?!Does management not care about these people are constantly harassing customers? I literally can't pick up one thing without being asked to sign something or give money to someone. Seriously, it's a huge issue that's being ignored.

Holly is the best! She went above and beyond and made my shopping experience so much better.It's always tough shopping for my wife. Although Holly was busy, she made an effort to talk to my wife on FaceTime and got her exactly what she needed. Shout out to Target and Holly for the last minute Halloween costume. Thank you guys so much!

I am assuming this is an abandoned Target with no employees because that's the only explanation for what I experienced. I bought a few items that were set to be delivered on my birthday. The items never came. I called FedEx and they said that a label was created for the item awhile ago, but the San Pedro Target never gave them the item to deliver. I called the San Pedro Target 3 times at different times of the day and I tried different departments: no answer. So, they are not sending out orders, they are not picking up the phone, and from the other reviews, they are generally not working either. That is incredibly frustrating and I hope corporate does something about it for the sake of the customers. I am glad the Target in my area have better employees, but the Target system seems incredibly flawed. That makes me really sad because I do love Target!

A decent location, but one increasingly plagued by solicitors at every entrance and exit. I personally don't have a huge problem with the kids hustling candy bars as they're usually polite and not super pushy-- the folks with the clipboards are another matter. It's awkward enough to run the gauntlet of people asking you to sign petitions or confirm voter registration when you're in a rush or just want to get some shopping done in peace. Recently I've noticed that some of these volunteers can get bizarrely passive aggressive and impatient whether you hear them out or not. Target's own policy prohibits solicitation and petitioning at their stores. Maybe they tolerate them if it leads to a boost in people opting for curbside pickup through the app.

I'm not in the mood today, TARGET!! Amazon is getting all your would be business. There are say... 14 registers. I've been waiting for about 10 minutes and there was only 1 lane open with 10 people waiting here. They JUST opened a 2nd register. You can only go to self check out here if there are less than 10 items. I have 30. Geez... Target, I know you're trying to push us all to automation and it's a bad way to go. The only thing you're making me do is order more from Amazon. The more you do this as an inconvenience to us patrons, the more $$ Bezos makes that would have been yours. Get your act together.

To be honest this target is clean and the employees are really helpful and knowledgeable. Best target I've ever been to. The reason I'm giving it a one star is because once you sign up for a target account, they spam your email to death with Aspire Master Card offers. Thanks for selling my personal info to your lame credit card sharks. Shame on you.

FTP I placed my online pick up order at 9 am and someone at the store cancelled it on their end. It showed processing on my app. I spent 5 hours trying to call and nobody answered the phone, it rings and rings and hangs up. I drove their after work and they told me oops looks like it got cancelled. I just want my groceries! I work two jobs and I don't have time to go to the store, so now I'm late for my second job cause I had to stand in line and find out what was going on with my order. My card got charged, have to wait two weeks for a refund, and I guess we're not eating lunch this week.

Target is the kind of store you go to because you have, NOT b/c you want to. Shopping for men's clothes is laughable here if you're older than 20. But what target reminds me of is another version of Sears. I went in to buy 2 mens tee's. Just like sears, all the large's are v-necks (who the hell wears v-necks..?), and all the regular neck tee's are all SMALLS...!!! I'm a medium. Guess what.? NO MEDIUM size tee's..!!! THAT was what Sear's was FORVER. Never any clothes in the size you needed. And they Chapter 11. And i hope this shit company does the same

There was trash littered everywhere at the front of the building. I also had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to assist me at the electronics section. They were out of stock for some items I was looking for, although the app said otherwise. The workers at the front were nice though.

This place sucks! first off a car hit me in the front crossing. She drove off fast! All the workers are rude and seem like they hate their jobs! Waited for a worker to move and as she moved she called me rude!? Like what I literally waited for you to finish! Also the 15 or less police will literally leave her stand and run to you and tell you to leave and go to a check out line. Won't be returning plus they're out of everything all the time!
