I used to loved going to this location since is very close to RPV. I do not feel welcome anymore.
Sadly, some of the staff members are not familiar with the proper costumer etiquette.
Owner: You have a problem with some of your employees based on other reviews.
This is a consistent issue ( tried three times ) received the same outcome…Time to move on to another place that values my business.

Note: I saw a female employee talking to an elderly woman customer in a harsh way.
If you want a top notch customer service go to the UPS in Pacific Coast Hwy in Torrance. The place is clean. Staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

ALWAYS NICE, FRIENDLY, EVERYONE GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO BE KIND, FAST AND VERY THOUROUGH. THIS IS MY GO-TO STORE FOR FOURTEEN YEARS! MY ARTWORK ARRIVES INTACT ON TIME.
I LOVE THE STAFF.
I CAN RECYCLE NESPRESSO TABS WITHOUT WAITING IN LINE IF THERE IS ONE.
ONE TIME I LEFT IT AT THE DOOR...
IT OPENED SCARING ME!
THEY WERE NOT OPEN YET.
I BOUGHT 88 CENT KRISPY KREME DONUTS FOR THEIR BIRTHDAY.
OF COURSE I STOPPED BY DROPPING OFF FOUR GLAZED FOR THE STAFF.
THEY ARE INVALUABLE AND PRICELESS!
GIVE EM RAISES, PROMOTIONS, AND PAID VACATIONS... JUST NOT NEAR A HOLIDAY :)

I am not technically adept, so when I had to return an item I purchased online, I had no idea how to do it. Patrice, the store associate, was very patient and helped me through the process. She was very kind, even though I was taking up so much of her time. I highly recommend this store and I am forever grateful to Patrice for her kindness and patience.

Always a great shipping experience. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Then yesterday, I inadvertently left my phone on the counter. We only know this because when my husband called my phone, an associate answered. I hurried back to the location and barely made it just before the last 2 employees were locking up for the night. Excellent customer service even after hours! Thank you so much.

Never had a single good experience with UPS. The packages ALWAYS get delayed. And I mean UPS in general. Not this specific location. Their shipping services couldn't be worst.

Very poor service. I went on April 10th at 9:00 a.m. to drop off a package and was helped by a Black woman with braids. Her attitude was terrible. I said good morning, and she didn't even answered. She threw my package , even other customers noticed her bad attitude. Very disappointed.
