I use this store for returns frequently and generally have no complaints but after speaking with one of the reps over the phone about their notary services i am disappointed with the lack of customer service when i asked about the service. They should consider having reps on the phone who want to provide information and aren’t laughing while on the call. The woman rep I spoke to was unprofessional.

My experience at UPS has always been great. I usually just go for Amazon returns and I am always in and out in minutes and the customer service is great.

Generally good service here. I went to ship something yesterday with a label I had already generated, but needed help with a box + packing. They charged $20 for an 18x18x18 box... and then another $20 for the packing. In hindsight I should have walked out and bought the box for <$5 anywhere else, but I didn't. I'd highly recommend not buying any materials in this store.

The male with curly hair and beard was amazing and nice.Someone in corporate should tell the female working at 2:57 on May 5th to probably mind her own business about peoples personal choices.I walk in with a mask and she has the nerve to make a joke to another employee (bald white guy) saying “when you change your mentality you will feel better “.I personally don’t care about what anyone else does with their lives or what they do or don't do. Maybe the female needs to do that as well.Won't be coming back to this location clearly the brain of the female is fried with judgemental thoughts.
