I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and poor customer service at this post office. There are two employees in particular who consistently display rude behavior and a lack of professionalism. They openly gossip about customers and treat them with unnecessary attitude, making the experience frustrating and unpleasant. Despite filing multiple complaints, no action seems to have been taken to address this issue. Based on my experience, I strongly believe these employees are a major reason for the negative reviews this location receives. It’s unacceptable for a public service to operate this way, and I hope management takes this matter seriously.

This is such a beautiful Post Office but I will drive out of my way not to go there. It’s very unpredictable if the person helping you is going to be in a good mood or bad mood. I’ve left after standing inline for a while because the person at the counter was just that rude. They removed the drop boxes outside because the area got so bad at one point. Nope! I would rather drive to a different Post Office not to see lewd behavior on the steps entering or exiting the building.

First and foremost, I would like to give a big shout out to Gina.
I walked in at 3:00pm to replace my lost passport. However, I thought this location offers passport photo services (MON, WED, FRI, 3-4pm walk-in accepted). Gina, pre checked my application and documents assuring I had everything else I needed. She redirected me to the nearest CVS where I can get the picture taken.
I returned at 3:36pm with my passport photo and was out of there by 3:50. Gina was respectful, helpful and super efficient.
I highly recommend this location for passport services.
FYI make an appointment online, slots are limited on walk-in days.

Bad experience of this post office just today, waiting for too long at line, for more than an hour, then when I reach the window the lady told me that she can't assist, what the hick, all of them are so lazy and slow,until 15mins before 3pm the lady at window said there close, supervisor of this office please train your staff, bad attitude

Probably the worst post office I’ve been to no easy way to drop prepaid packages, always a long line. Often they will tell people to put prepaid packages in an open window but they are often cluttered with stuff or they are also using it for other purposes. Need a dedicated space with clear signage for prepaid packaging.

I stopped going to this post office. The little black girl that work there… The one that’s always changing her hair style. She looks like Dj Quik ??? She is so rude and always has an attitude . Can’t stand here. Last month I heard a customer telling here how rude she was. No thank you !

Jenny P. is the absolute worst worker there. She was unnecessarily mean to me and my cousin as we were trying to get her passport, very rude, always interrupted us, never let us finish a sentence, and even raised her voice. She should not be treating customers this way and I will never return back to this post office because of her.

I requested my mail forwarded over a month ago and I haven’t received any mail in the last 30 days. When I just called the post office there’s a recording that says they are closed at 5 PM. I called at 3 PM.

It really confuses me when I look at the star rating this post office has. I use them all over the US and I feel more than confident when I say this one in particular has the best staff that are patient, helpful, smiling, and actually seem to enjoy doing what they do.
This post office is one of the reasons why I love San Pedro, it just has character.
Thank you to every staff member there, continue please.
