Services not available where promised. Was told the newest ipad wasn't available then suddenly became available with another salesman. Went in to change 3 lines from tmobile to verizon and for some reason they recommended 5 lines. THE MOST DISTURBING PART was after we ended up signing, the guy goes back and was given a high five by the other sales guy. Asked a friend who works at Verizon and was told this is a sales tactic to to meet sales goals.

For the best service in the Verizon store family in San Pedro, look for support from Allen. He is the very knowledgeable employee who was able to restore my android to functioning level after having cleared away a multitude of spam & virus issues. It took patience & skill which was very much appreciated in this dedicated service providing employee.

Takes Advantage of Eldery
This location lied to my grandma. The worker said that her monthly payment would stay the same after additions. However, her monthly payments went from $80 to $180. I had to go back and cancel. We couldn't get her money back either! Shame on the worker who did this, knowing they work off of commission.
Save yourself the pain and switch to AT&T. Much more simpler setting up a new phone and they don't lie to you.

At first I thought I had found a great place to have my business phone line so I took my three phones there. The first time, I got sold an internet that doesn’t work in my area and I was told I would get all these discounts that I didn’t get. They do anything to make you buy stuff. I went back in March to the office and I talked to the manager and he was very helpful however, I didn’t get what he told me I would so I had to call the phone number where you have to explain all the problems all over again. I was sold a screen protector back when I first bought my phones that can be replaced for life and they told me that all I had to do was go to the store and they would change the screen. Back in March I went to the store and the manager changed it right there on the spot. Today, I got back and the guy who is there was trying to charge me $20 to change it, he said “we can give you a discount”. WHAT? They have given me the worse customer help and now the worse customer service. In my opinion, they only help you when you first get the service with them. I regret getting Verizon again. Why if I was told that they would change my screen protector right there anytime I needed it, now they want to charge me. I am filing a proper complaint and calling their main office and looking to move to another phone company. I am very patient and they is why I took all the miss communication form them but now they are also going back on their word. Not acceptable Verizon San Pedro

Excellent customer service and products. I went in as a new account to transfer my number into a new phone. Allen my first contact was busy with a customer and handed me over to Bri who took care of everything that I needed.
