I go to this Vons because it's convenient but the customer service can definitely be better. The managers are great. Their are a handful of workers on day/night shift that are genuinely unbothered when help is needed. Especially in the Deli. You can definitely tell when someone does not like their job. Not the customers fault. We just want to get our items quick and move on. The wait time is ridiculous, even when no one is in line ahead of you. I am very considerate and treat people with kindness and respect. These workers barely crack a smile and I can feel how bothered they are that help is needed. Makes one feel quite uncomfortable. I'll still go and keep the same attitude and smile. Like I said I go for the convenience. Normal courtesy sure would be nice though.

Nice people and clean. If you happen to be in there on a Friday asked about their $5 deals. I love the Starbucks at this location.

The Starbucks guy ROBERT is the most amazing employee that lame place could ever ask for. He makes your drinks the best never a mistake but it's his personality and charisma that has you going back there as much as possible having a bad day forget about it. He always makes it better by cracking a joke that can keep a smile off your face if u tried. In a world of cruelty and rudeness is just an everyday occurrence it's really something when u can cross paths with someone like ROBERT

Non-existent customer service. They keep reducing the number of employees. The ones still there look tired and overworked. I find more and more products that are expired.

Probably the worst customer service ever here. No one is willing to help. On a Sunday afternoon when the lines are wrapped around the store they only have 2 registers open and 2 self check outs. I asked for help from a cashier and was in line ended up in another line waiting even longer to check out.

Vegan Parmesan cheese is always available A decent amount of organic vegetables at a reasonable price Good amount of tofu in stock which saves a drive to WF !

Apple Pay or Google Pay doesn't work. Very unenthusiastic employees. Just trying to buy bread man ?Update: went nearby to Smart & Final, used the same card and it worked. It's just an issue at this location.

I stop by vons all the time and shop after I get my haircuts with clip joint around the corner. They have nothing but variety and easy to find things.
