This is our usual weekly shopping choice and it really is a neighborhood store. However it is unfortunate that so much has to be locked up and safeguarded requiring assistance.

Positives:
Plenty of parking
Gas station
Friendly, concerned and patient staff
They had some good deals on fruit
Negatives:
Some shoppers were unnecessarily rude and mean, (but the store can't control that).
A creepy guy was harassing me
A creepy guy was harassing me I am for the staff and several male staff members went around looking for the man to make sure he was not harassing other ladies. The man left the store.
The cashier was extremely friendly and nice.
The cashier was patient when my coupon I clipped wasn't showing up.

So we needed a bathroom and Vons had one way in the back thru double doors used for warehouse storage & service. It wasn't easy finding it even after asking 2 employees and one of twice.....lol

I always go here for something quick it’s always busy and sometimes they don’t have the stuff I’m looking for but they are good at checking for me and usually have it in the back . I’ve ordered cakes and they are good if you customize however the only problem I have is that when I went to pick up they didn’t have the cakes covered they have them waiting on the back counter for people to pick up and there was a lot of flies !! And the girl was kinda rude about it cause she didn’t normally work back there . The deli could use more help too there is usually a wait not bc the person back there sucks but bc it’s a lot of work for one person ! Also the manager there is cool

I went in looking for essentia water, and was so happy to find it on sale. I also noticed while waiting to check out that they were fully stocked in kids fruit snacks. I thought of my son, lol. Both items were on sale for 2 for $3 deal. Also the self checkout was easy, the computer worked fine, a little loud, but maybe perfect for someone who can't hear well. The machine worked great, and the chip reader had a security tag on it to ensure no skimming. The attendant was polite when I asked for the plastic bag I paid for. The whole stop was very quick and painless. Thank you Vons.

The store brand and the people working there have worked hard to make this a safe and welcoming environment. They have hired a real security company with trained real security people in place and I enjoy shopping there now some of them are armed, and they are taking action on people shoplifting. They've also put up cameras in the parking lot and are being proactive with the community/neighborhood. The store definitely deserves or revisit. If you haven't been there within the last year big security upgrade very positive no nonsense is being tolerated at the store anymore and it's made of a pleasure to shop there again

The food is really bad and the service isn't that good they need more staff around. And it smells like rotten fish sticks.
