Wish i could give them 10 stars! I hit the side mirror on my Defender and caused minor damage to it. I was told Anthony's was the place to go, so i made an appt (with one of their friendly receptionists) and one of the techs reattached the mirror and wiring, and buffed the scuff out right on the spot.... For free! Very kind crew and they obviously know what they're doing. They have my future business for sure! Thank you for helping me AAC!

Recently got some major scratches on my car, probably from a box being delivered that rubbed hard on the fender. there were many deep scratches in a large area. I have always taken my cars to Anthonys for all body work and been very satisfied with their work. I took the car in for their advice on the scratches, the estimator, said can I have your keys, let me see what my detailing department can do, I said sure. Literally 15 minutes later he was back and was able to remove all the scratches but 1 that was to deep. I was totally impressed, said what do I owe you , answer nothing, we appreciate your business. Now that is customer service!!!!!!

Really terrible bad costumer service, my friends worked there they said they don’t care about people, and they do their job very bad, furthermore they charge you extra which is a crime, don’t come to this place the owner is cool but the workers and manager really bad!

I highly recommend Anthony's Auto Craft.From start to finish they treated me better than any body shop I've ever been involved with. The work and quality they did was excellent. This is the second time I've used this shop.The front office is very nice and helpful. Peter Romero couldn't have been better. EXPENSIVE...DONT GO THERE W A CHEVY...THEY WILL LAUGH U OUT OF THERE...BUT REALLY IS HIGH END CAUSE ITS FOR THE WELL TO DO CAR PEOPLE N YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...THIS PLACE IS VERY NICE N DO A GREAT JOB N PROVE THE OLD ADAGE THAT...."THOSE THAT SAY MONEY DOESNT BUY HAPPINESS JUST DONT KNOW WHERE TO SHOP"AND THIS PLACE PROVES IT!!AS SOON AS I SMASH MY TESLA IM COMING HERE TO HAVE HER FIXED UP!IT IS WHAT IT IS PEOPLE....IF SOMEONE WORKS HARD N HAVE THE MONEY FOR EXPENSIVE TOYS THATS GREAT N GOOD FOR THEM....NO ONE IS EQUAL WHEN IT COMES TO MONEYTHIS PLACE CATERS TO PEOPLE WHO EXPECT THE BEST N THEY WILL PAY FOR IT N I COMMEND THEM BECAUSE ITS A GREAT BUSINESS ACUMEN...BEEN HERE A LONG TIME N THEY ARE THRIVING!!GOOD SHOW!

Terrible customer service. Gal answered the phone with a massive attitude told me she couldnt help me and nearly hung up on me. When I asked to be transfered to someone who can help. Front desk helped kindly. I asked about the girl in the back and she knew exactally who I was talking about and adked me to speak with her manager about it. When I spoke with him he had the same attitude, said im not a customer and ask what do I want.

Extremely rude customer service. Gal in the back picked up the phone with a massive attitude, she told me she couldnt help me and nearly hung upon me. When I asked to speak with her Manager or someone who could help she transfered me to a kind lady up front in reception she got me my answers. When I told her about the rude girl I was just speaking with she asked me to please speak with her manager about it. That he wont listen to them and its a terrible problem. I was transfered to him and he asked why I was calling him and what I was trying to accomplish. I let him know they have a terrible customer service problem he told me im not a customer and ask what do I need.

Really great at being persistent to gain your business. Body work was good.Took three weeks longer than expected and the day it was complete they were hounding me for payment and to pick up the car. Zero advance notice and I was out of town. They didn’t care. Also charged me more than insurance allowed (USAA) and basically said “too bad”. I’ve been following up for a week now regarding the additional claim money as they were to send additional details to USAA. Zero response from texts or phone calls. I’m very reasonable and extremely responsible and didn’t really enjoy this experience of being taken for granted at all.Service: Body & Trim

My car was rear ended in a parking lot and Anthony's made it SO easy to get a quote and worked directly with the person who hit my car to take payment, and kept me updated throughout the process. Everyone in the office was amazing and friendly and finished up the car a few days earlier than expected.

SAFETY CONCERNS AND DOES NOT FOLLOW TESLA PROCEDURES. I called sound and all shops I called were booked up. These guys where the only ones that take my tesla at the time. When I picked up my car none of the trunk and rear fenders lines up, loose trunk handle, charged my insurance for removal and install of quarter panel, but was clearly taped instead of remove(overspray). With all my concerns with the exterior of the car I had my car check out by another certified Tesla shop in San Francisco. They found a major safety concern with the frame mount. Anthony's had glued the frame mount to the number instead of putting in bolts(safety issues) They also used wrong size rivets to attach the trunk pan and did not follow Tesla procedure on where and how many recite to put in. I tried to contact the owner(Todd) regarding my concerns, but no response. Made an appointment 2 weeks ahead to address my concerns, but they canceled a day before the appointment date. NOT TILL I MADE A COMPLAINT AGAINST ANTHONY's AUTO CRAFT TO THE BEAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS that I heard back from Todd and offered to do a second repair. Long story short minus the cosmetics THEIR NEGLIGENCE PUT MY FAMILY IN DANGER.

I'll be taking my complaint to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. Let me start off by making a legal point, I told them I demand to see the parts replaced as provided by law, they weren't able to show me ! They gave me the run around. IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR, YOU WILL NOT BRING IT FOR REPAIR AT ANTHONYS AUTO CRAFT! The funny thing is every negative review actually tells you the truth this place. It's all smoke and mirrors. The whole presentation with Ferraris and Lamborghinis is a very big stunt Whoever designed the place is pretty smart they used the show of Ferraris and Lamborghinis as well as a very classy showroom and nice offices to really blind you, This place is absolute trash. So many issues with this place I don't even know where to start: 1. I expressed how important this car is to me from the beginning I asked so many questions I went over so many details I continuously verified so many important points that I needed to understand and would like done. They put me with the worst salesman. PETER ROMERO gave just gave me the "yeah yeah yeah" he's a yes-man, tells you everything you want to to hear. He didn't give me a single thing I asked for: They blew me off because I thought that I didn't care enough to make a big deal. Of course the first thing you ask is turnaround time so he overshoots the time of estimated completion for months and then turns around and calls me in about three weeks and tells me the car is ready and how surprise are you ??? Very surprised since I figured something was funny. I expressed to him my most important detail was that we're supposed to have all brand new parts and all OEM parts be installed on my vehicle. I expressed that I did not want any refurbished parts because I know that the trick that body shops used when they want to save money or dupe you. The salesman Peter Romero he says oh look at us I mean just take a look around you'll see how we treat our vehicles in the table of vehicles we service and so on and so forth if Chesla didn't like us they wouldn't give us his plaque on the wall. Your vehicle looks better that when it came in!! I said yeah because it was in a collision !!! Peter says yeah well I wanted the turn around to be fast so we got it done for you like I promised but you don't seem happy, I told him of course I'm not happy you promised me all brand-new parts and after I read the agreement it says refurbished on every single part or aftermarket. He said "Tesla doesn't provide us with their parts, so we have to use what we find, but they're just as good". I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM if it takes a whole year to complete I'll wait a year, I want my car perfect and if it's not please don't touch it... Not only does the paint not match the rest of the vehicle none of the extra items I asked for were not completed, mind you, these are the items I requested to pay for... as a separate issue. I was not happy at all with the service he's offered to me was to make up for it was to give me tints on the vehicle like I wanted to do in the future. Tints he placed on the car we're not to my liking because he never asked me which number percentage I want it for the tints.. he never verified with me anything, so now I have to pay to replace it... Peter told me that he will buff and seal the car with an extra clearcoat and make it look phenomenal PETER ROMERO NEVER DID IT ! PETER ROMERO ALSO TRIED CHARGING ME FOR THE TINTS THAT HE CONVINCED ME HE WOULD DO COMPLIMENTARY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.. I don't understand why you do the job you do and can't do the one job you're supposed to do ? Peter made the receptionist call me numerous times when I asked to speak to him he was unavailable he told me. When I asked Peter what the issue was he said "yeah sorry we didn't get around to the other stuff, just too busy you know" This car means everything to me or meant everything to me as I do not want it anymore and I am thinking about selling it

Insurance Fraud Alert. I was rear ended and brought my car to Anothons Auto Craft. They charge my insurance company for labor work they did not do. They charge for 2 quarter glass and left roof rail. Both of which they did not do. They also damaged my left rocker and wanted to file a new claim to my insurance on my behalf. My bumper, quarter panel and trunk doesnt line up and has a big gap between all parts.

After my Tesla Model X was rear ended, I contacted Geico for the body repair, and was directed to Anthony's as an authorized Tesla repair center. It was a pleasure to enter the large and beautifully done facility! I was greeted and the estimate was created, and everything went smoothly from there. My two service advisors, Mike and Peter, both were so sharp and conscientious. After two weeks the job was finished, and it looks great! I am totally pleased, and highly recommend Anthony's!
