“My mom has been a resident in the assisted living facility at Drake since October. She moved from Florida to San Rafael to be closer to me. Drake has far exceeded expectations! The staff is so friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of! All of the residents are very friendly as well, and it is such a great community environment. It is clear and obvious why Drake has been rated one of the best when it comes to senior living facilities. I highly recommend them!”

And thank you to Luis and his associate the tall blonde man whose name I don’t know (!) for installing the new one in record time! The new thermostat arrived so quickly and you definitely had me at the top of your list to provide the service! Thank you so much! It is working perfectly, registering the correct temperature and it was all done with care! Thank you so much to all three gentlemen!

In my most recent visit…Thank you to Gio for helping me with my kitchen drain. My neighbor’s disposal made water come up into my sink and Gio took care of the situation, so all is well! And thank you to The Maintenance Department for being so responsive in getting me the help I needed!

I think it has disappeared in all my reviews but I also want to give my thanks to Chris who did help me in one of my visits for my bathroom sink. It was great!

Thank you to Gio for coming to my rescue! My kitchen sink started to gurgle, then water began shooting up from the drain. My disposal would flush it until it stopped and had broken. Water was filling my sink and my dishwasher and running over onto the floor. I’m so grateful to the Maintenance Line for their swift action in getting Gio from the Maintenance Department to help me. He did a great job. The water was flushed and removed, I have a new disposal, and after everything was completed, Gio Sanitized everything! So grateful and truly relieved for the help of the service Line and Gio! Many thanks!

It’s a month since my last review and Gio has done it again. No one, absolutely no one has ever fixed my toilet so perfectly. It was having trouble completely draining and really had difficulty flushing. I never imagined the approach he would take and why it wasn’t working. He really knows what he’s doing and I’m so grateful. It’s like having a brand new toilet! If there was such a thing as six stars I would give him all six! Thank you always!”
