If you’d like to be lied to for sale, this is the store for you, or better yet if you want to be treated unprofessionally ask for Trevor the manager.
I’ve been an AT&T customer for 25 years too long, just changed to Xfinity and I can’t tell you how happy I am. Not only did I lower my Internet phone and TV by over $150 I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and customer service . Something that AT&T has not yet mastered, or maybe they just don’t train on that subject and focus over selling.
Whether you choose AT&T or not, do your research not only are they horrible for I’ll but I’m canceling all my business contracts with him as well. They send untrained technicians to your business who unplug your fire panel, elevator, leaving you with no safety in place and don’t say a word Until the fire department shows up.
I’m still struggling to fix their mistake, they haven’t take accountability. I have spent over 100 hours on the phone only to be transferred, disconnected, wrong department, speak to a manager who should be in diapers.

I'd have given a 5 if it hadn't taken so long. Like almost 3 hours in the store but we did accomplish alot in that time frame and our service rep guiseppe (i think I spelled his name incorrectly)was awesome! Very patient, informative, honest, polite and he did not pressure us into something we didn't want like most reps do! Overall, it was probably the best in store visit I've had at AT&T and I've been an AT&T customer for well over 20 years. I haven't purchased a phone for myself in a store since AT&T switched from cingular thats how.much I've disliked the customer service at AT&T stores but guiseppe really exceeded all our expectations! He deserves a raise and a bonus!! Thank you again Guiseppe you were awesome!

Trevor is the reason why I am coming back for all my AT&T needs. He was very responsive and quick in getting what I was looking for. Truly a great experience and was informative in all the great deals this season. If you haven't stopped by AT&T at Northgate One please do so.

Great run store. Trevor did a great job making sure I received what I needed on my new phone. Switching service to AT&T presented some problems from my other service but Trevor worked hard to make it happen.

Had a fantastic experience. The wonderful young man who helped us went above, and beyond in customer service. He was very patient and a wonderful communicator. He took extra time to help us with phone issues that we didn't understand and showed us how to do things.

5 starts is not enough for Trevor and Gerson. This guys literally saved me a lot of money by making sure I understood all the deals available and helping me to get my family a perfect phone line deal.They have the patience to call AT&T multiple times to make sure we leave the the shop with what I wanted.Also like to point that, we are new to the country (less than a month) without credit history. But they made it possible to get us lines and brand new phones.5 starts and a moon!

Jeremy was fantastic! Helpful, patient personable. This is the first time we went to the Northgate store. I would return because of Jeremy's professionalism.The only difficulty we had was the WiFi at this store. It took over an hour and a half to make the transfer of information from our old phones to the new ones. I am surprised that an AT&T store that sells phones doesn't have an updated WiFi. I would hope that this is updated by the next time I need a new phone.
