Video games are way over priced. Very limited selection of PS4 games only found 2 items. Only reason I went here is because I found out game stop closed thier 2 locations in Marin. If i could I would rate this place a 0.

Best Buy is a relic of the past the same way Circuit City or Radio Shack are. Sellers used to know their product so well that if one were on the fence about buying something or wanted to be informed before doing so, salespeople could offer legitimate help.

Buyer beware! I purchased three appliances from these guys. The delivery was horrible, they were unable to install the range and the dishwasher was so damaged I didn't accept it. So, out of the 3 appliances that I ordered only one was actually installed that day. Then to add insult to injury I was given a seriously hard time getting a refund for the broken dishwasher. So, whatever you do, do not buy your appliances there!

We recently purchased a washer and dryer combo at Best Buy in San Rafael. Two issues so far: 1. On the same day the washer and dryer were delivered and installed, the faucet for the hot and cold water connection started to leak because the contractor used for the delivery overturned the valves. Our plumber said that you should never over turn them like this. 2. Today one of the washer's fill hoses started to leak because it was improperly installed. So Best Buy is using a contractor from the East Bay that does not how to open/close valves and/or install hoses; this are basic tasks that anyone should be able to accomplish. My recommendation: Stay away from any appliance purchases at Best Buy in San Rafael and rather find a store that has actual professionals come out and install appliances. I went in to buy a PS5 controller I ordered online, they couldn't pull up the order. Basically ignored everything I said and behaved like robots. "Since we can't pull it up, it doesn't exist" robot voice, terrible experience

Amid the negative reviews, I had a very positive experience with Best Buy this past weekend, and subsequent followup at the store on Monday. I had to contact Todd, the store manager, to turn in a product that was delivered to me by mistake. I left a message for Todd on Saturday, and he returned my call within a few hours. Todd was affable, intelligent, professional, and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure that it was a win-win proposition for the store and for me. On Monday, I messaged him on when I would be arriving at the store. He made sure his staff was aware of the pending transaction. A staff member, Sharon (also impressive) was expecting me at the front of the store. She promptly received the product, and the item I actually ordered was brought out within a few minutes. Twice, she asked if I needed assistance carrying the item to my car, which was appreciated. I declined. Things could not have gone smoother.
